Emma, a small-town baker, has always loved the magic of Christmas, but this year, her holiday spirit is tested. Her bakery, the heart of the town’s holiday traditions, is at risk of closing due to the arrival of a big-city developer, Lucas Hale, who plans to turn the historic district into a modern shopping plaza.



Lucas arrives in town with a heart set on business and a head full of practicality. He’s determined to get Emma to sell her bakery, believing her quaint business stands in the way of progress. But when a snowstorm traps Lucas in town, Emma reluctantly takes him in, and the two are forced to spend the holidays together.
