In the isolated island nation of Krynosia, former aristocrat Warrick Gamaliel maintains a quiet life as a repairman alongside his partner Carlo Angels, a blind but extraordinarily gifted individual known as a "Tag." Their world is shaped by Ascendrix, a military super-drug that grants superhuman abilities but comes with devastating side effects - effects that tore their society apart during the Great Tag Riot years ago.



Now Krynosia is divided between three powerful Families who maintain strict control and two fallen districts that have descended into near-anarchy. Warrick and Carlo navigate both worlds through their repair business, keeping a low profile while helping those caught between the cracks of their fractured society.



But when a desperate mother asks them to find her missing daughter, they uncover something far more sinister than typical fallen district crime. Children are disappearing, and the patterns suggest something impossible - something that should have ended with the Tag Riot years ago. Their investigation will force them to confront not only Krynosia's powerful Families but also the dark legacy of Warrick's own past.
