Quinlan, a simple office worker finds himself transmigrated to an extremely dangerous fantasy land as a level 1 Commoner with nothing to his name but his wits- and a unique gift that accompanied his teleportation.
No one in Thalorind could have predicted that this unassuming arrival would one day rise to the top, redefining the very meaning of the term 'power'... And that he may have achieved said result by joining a criminal organization and clawing his way through its ranks as well as establishing his own business empire that may or may not have relied on slave labor.
In the beginning Quinlan was painfully weak and alone, but thanks to his severe trust issues, joining a team was... hard. However, he soon noticed that a lot of people have collars around their necks in this world... People that couldn't exactly betray him.
"Oh, so you are a warrior who is looking for a master that strives to become the strongest? You found him."
"Wait, you are an assassin with an amazing, rare class who has a cruel master? Let me help you have a change of ownership..."
"I know that you might not be a slave, but one of my classes is 'Slave Master', which would make you stronger should you become one... So how about it?"
Follow Quinlan's journey as he grows in strength, amasses wealth, fights to the death, and meets lovely ladies.
Thanks for giving my novel a chance. I believe that you won't regret it. The MC is greedy, possessive, and scheming. He starts out as an opportunistic anti-hero more than an actual villain, but quickly begins slipping. However, if your idea of 'villain' is someone who skins puppies alive just for fun while cackling manically then he will never become a true villain. My idea of a 'villain' is someone who is severely lacking any moral limitations that stop him from doings things that would make him stronger, and also having very low empathy levels for outsiders. As for the harem part, I prefer small harems where each member has an actual reason to exist beyond being eye candies and trophies for the MC to show off. Therefore, each lady has an important role to play in the story, with each having at least a mini arc before/when joining, and will almost certainly have an entire future arc centered around them. You can expect about one woman/60-80 chapters average I would say. If you have any questions or comments don't hesitate to state them. Enjoy the ride! No NTR, no yuri.
A marvelous example of what not to write. A truly cursed piece of literature that belongs in the realm of trash. Authors of novels like these like to think of themselves as sophisticated individuals that're challenging the norm by writing harem cr*p, while in reality they're just insecure edgy mor*ns who get off on writing stuff like this.
Great story, very addictive! I like that the main character is not an usual goody two shoes hero.
Very well written, dialogues are lively and interesting, character development is great, MC is competent, the system isn t the end all be all. 4 stars on the world because I m sure this author could have created something even better. That and I am a pos. Sorry author, I mean good things :D
Great book, keep it up author! I have no idea if you have other stuff, but I am definitely going to check it out after I finish writing this.
Nice! A harem story with system! Exactly what I've been looking for! Writing is nice and pacing is great with good grammar. Will there be yuri in this?
As of now I see that the writing quality seems to be low. It seems like the author doesn’t have pacing down. It reads with some tinges of opinion piece with the opening about modernity. However, the story is slow to start and the chapter ends with the main character having one action for the progression of the story, that is falling through a hole or something of that nature to get isekai’d. We don’t know much about he character except that he is just one of us, someone who is going through modern reality but that doesn’t tell us much and isn’t interesting at all. The way the story builds up the introduction is less than satisfactory. Please tell me if this gets better but as of right now I see this being a huge issue. It is a huge issue even if it gets better though so I hope revisions on the opening can be done at least. If the problem persists further than the opening then I don’t think this will be a story worth reading. Overall though thank you to the author for writing and hopefully I can come back feeling differently about further stories as things get better.
These are the sort of villains I love to write in my stories getting brutally murdered and tortured, it makes for the most satisfying deaths. Thank you for writing this novel author and giving me so many good ideas for these antagonist :)
great book, awesome character development ..I like the way the mc does not depend on the system..A very funny book..Thanks man keep up the good work..
I only read the "free to read" part(about 45 chapters, but I do think that the story and the development is quite well written. Also, can we talk about the fact how NecroBin postes 14 Chapters a Week?! I recommend this novel.
Reveal Spoiler
A nice, yet twisted way for the plot to thicken. Excellent ending to the chapter, making the reader anxious for the next chapter from the author
a very enjoyable and good read. world background is slowly and steadily established which makes it a good story
It's refreshing to see a MC not having a hero complex who just wishes to live freely and has his priorities ( having a harem with strong & powerful girls) set. It is definitely worth a try and looking forward to more chaps.
I like the MC and his realistic thinking fr. Having the hero complex have put many in trouble. The writing style is easy to read and the author clearly has a sense of humour that he adds to his writing. I recommend!
