Chapter 82: "Attack of the Eggsplosive Omelettadon!"

Just when the crew thought they had seen the last of the food-themed kaiju madness, a new threat loomed on the horizon—this time, with a breakfast twist that would make even the bravest adventurer crave a hearty meal.

 Sailing Toward Trouble

The crew of the SS Waifu Wanderer was enjoying a rare moment of peace and calm on the open sea.

Kazuya reclined on the deck, soaking up the sun. "Finally, no more kaiju. Just the sound of the waves, the warm breeze, and—"

"EGGS AHOY!" Fergus screamed from the crow's nest.

Kazuya groaned. "I spoke too soon."

Sylvara appeared beside him, her face twisted in confusion. "Did he say… eggs?"

Before anyone could question further, a massive shadow loomed over the ship.

The Eggsplosive Arrival

With a deafening CRACK, a giant egg the size of a mountain splashed down into the sea right in front of the ship, sending waves crashing over the deck.

"Is that… an omelet?" Kazuya asked, squinting at the giant egg.

Before anyone could answer, the egg began to split open, revealing a colossal creature with a yolky center, fluffy egg-white arms, and a crispy bacon crown.

"BEHOLD, I AM OMELETTADON!" the kaiju roared, its voice booming across the sea. "KING OF BREAKFAST! BOW BEFORE ME OR BE SCRAMBLED!"

Sylvara blinked. "Did he say scrambled?"

Fergus pulled out a frying pan. "I think it's time for brunch."

The Battle Begins

The OmelettaDon lunged at the ship, sending massive waves that rocked the crew from side to side.

"Quick! We need a plan!" Kazuya shouted, grabbing onto the mast to keep from falling overboard.

Fergus grinned. "Plan? Who needs a plan when we've got butter?"

He pulled out the leftover melted Butterbeast goo and smeared it all over the deck.

"What are you doing?!" Sylvara shrieked.

"Making it slippery! If the kaiju comes aboard, he'll slip!"

"That's… actually genius."

The Great Slip-and-Slide Battle

As OmelettaDon clambered onto the deck, his massive egg feet immediately slipped on the buttery surface, sending him skidding across the ship like a giant yolky bowling ball.

"STRIKE!" Fergus cheered as the kaiju crashed into the mast.

"You're insane, but it's working!" Kazuya laughed.

OmelettaDon growled, struggling to get up. "YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!"

Suddenly, the kaiju unleashed a barrage of egg bombs, which exploded on impact, covering the crew in gooey scrambled eggs.

"Well, this is eggs-tremely messy," Sylvara quipped, wiping yolk off her face.

Kazuya groaned. "Please don't start with egg puns."

Fergus grinned. "You gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet!"

"I'm surrounded by idiots," Kazuya muttered.

The Secret Weakness

As the battle raged on, the crew noticed something strange.

"Hey, is it just me, or is OmelettaDon… shrinking?" Sylvara pointed out.

Fergus nodded. "It's the heat! He's cooking himself!"

"Quick! We need more heat!" Kazuya shouted.

Fergus grabbed the cannon and stuffed it with hot coals. "Let's turn this kaiju into breakfast!"

With a loud BOOM, the cannon fired a blast of heat directly at OmelettaDon, causing him to sizzle and shrink until he was nothing more than a perfectly cooked omelet on the deck.

 Breakfast Is Served

The crew gathered around the giant omelet, their mouths watering.

"Well, that was eggs-hausting," Sylvara said, grinning.

"But totally worth it," Fergus added, cutting a slice of the omelet and taking a bite. "Mmm… delicious."

Kazuya shook his head in disbelief. "I can't believe we just fought a kaiju made of eggs."

Sylvara smirked. "At least it wasn't a giant chicken this time."

Just then, a small clucking noise caught their attention.

From the remains of the OmelettaDon, a tiny, baby chicken emerged, looking around with wide, curious eyes.

"Oh no…" Kazuya groaned.

Fergus picked up the chick and grinned. "Looks like we've got a new pet."

"What are you going to name it?" Sylvara asked.

Fergus thought for a moment. "Cluck Norris."

The entire crew burst out laughing as they sailed off into the sunset, ready for whatever absurd adventure awaited them next.
