Elias was out having fun and confirming his freedom.

Meanwhile, in the grand hall of the temple, Prince Aedric stormed down the corridor, his mood foul. His golden eyes blazed with frustration, and his posture was tense, every step echoing with anger.

He reached Lady Selene's side, where she stood waiting, arms crossed and her own expression clouded with annoyance. Her usual composure was frayed, her sharp beauty marred by a deep scowl.

"You're late," she snapped, glaring at Aedric. "Where were you?"

Aedric didn't respond. His jaw tightened, and he looked away, his silence only fueling Selene's irritation.

"Don't ignore me!" she said, stepping closer. Her voice was sharp enough to cut through the tension in the air. "You've been acting like this ever since we got here! What is wrong with you?"

"I said drop it," Aedric finally growled, his voice low and dangerous.
