As I opened the front door, a suitcase flew towards me.

With a thud, the contents of the case scattered across the floor - all my clothes.

"Take your stuff and get the hell out," my wife spat.

By now, she had completely changed her tune, hands on her hips.

"Vivienne, I'm curious. When exactly did you figure out that I knew about your affair?"

"Besides, shouldn't you be the one leaving? This is my house."

I walked straight to the couch and sat down, pulling out my cigarettes and lighter.

"Who said you could smoke? Are you trying to kill your sweetheart with secondhand smoke?"

She lunged at me, snatching the cigarette from my hand.

Even at a time like this, she was thinking about her child. Motherly love truly is powerful.

The door, which had been ajar, was suddenly kicked open by a strange man dressed in black.

Behind him were Carter and his darling.

As they entered, I realized there wasn't just one man in black - they appeared to be bodyguards.
