The Pokémon:Isekai

Thank you guys so much for the 200 collection. ı know that ı have so many flaws and while trying to get rid of them ı will have some new ones so please bear with me!!! btw ı this is how Aria looks like. this image is also made me start this series

This is quite possibly one of the worst pokemon fics ive ever had the displeasure to read, first off the author knows english just well enough to annoy you every time he uses past tense incorrectly. Secondly the mc is being forced to become the champion by his own system threatening to burn him for eternity if he fails, the author says this is for motivation. You know what else could work for motivation, litterally being in the pokemon world you talentless hack! Thirdly the pokemon are somehow even more annoying than the mc whining 24/7. I could handle this all ive read worse than this before, but what i cant handle is its so boring! Litterally managed to turn a magical world into one of the most boring pieces of fiction ive read in a while, and i read wuxia.

This story is pretty fun! Just keep in mind that it's best enjoyed as a fresh take on the Pokémon world rather than a direct retelling of the official series. You might recognize some characters, but overall, it's a totally new adventure with its own vibe.

I am currently about chapter 45 and believe that there is potential for this story, the idea behind it is facinating to see and kinda refreshing and the creativity for each altered pokemon is very nice. But the story utself also has a number of things holding it back. Starting from the story flow, it is one conflict into another, being "forced" by the system. This could have been done a little better imo even the characters acklowedge how annoying this is, but i digress. Another issue for me is the 4 move system personally i hate it because it doesnt feel realistic for pokemon to only know 4 moves at a time and forget how to do previous moves completely. It limits strategies but the fight scenes written still feel dynamic so props to the author. Another problem would be the characters. They don't feel consistent at times and their choices can come off as infuriating. Not just their choices but the characters themselves feel like you want to just slam your against the wall you know what i mean. The system itself was designed to be infuriating and inconsiderate so no problems there, it was built to be hated and it does it job. Overall the story is niche and unique but still in its infancy and needs a little more workshopping or developing, nothing that cannot happen with time.

yow, about pokemon stories, ppl kinda get sick from 0-100 story like this one and with a system to add, it's boring, ppl like new things over repeated things, like this pokemon ff where the mc is training as a Saiyan, thinking he's in Dragon ball, yet he ain't, it's fun, entertaining and new, something that won't let you quit after the first 1-5 chaps, cause honestly, veteran readers know that there will be more fanfic in later days that may or may not better than the previous one, till they find some masterpiece, then rinse and repeat. OR go to some echi romance with Cynthia, either the sexy version or teen version, going out together with your future wife on an adventure, hardships, fun times, anything with Cynthia, cause it's boring if it's only the mc tbh. Cynthia is non-negotiable for wife for the most part.
