Time seemed to freeze at that moment. The air felt thin, and I could hear my heart racing and my breath coming in quick bursts.
I was so nervous that it felt like something was choking me, and I couldn't get a single word out.
Then he leaned in a bit, his voice low and captivating. "What's making you so nervous?"
I stumbled over my words, "I-I didn't." But my shaky voice gave me away.
"It seems like you're excited about tonight and maybe practicing by watching the movie?"
His words made my cheeks heat up even more. "I didn't..." Before I could say anything else, he turned off the TV. Then, the room fell into darkness—he switched off the lights too.
He seemed to know he didn't need to do much to spark desire. He was sure he could make both of us feel good.
A wave of excitement washed over me—not fear, just pure exhilaration. I felt a rush from his attention. The room was now softly lit by the flickering fireplace and candles.
