PHANTOM JOGGER OF CANYON HILL

This is one of those eerie urban legends whispered among locals, usually leaving late-night travelers feeling uneasy when passing through the area. 

The story centers around Canyon Hill Cemetery, a quiet burial ground known for its supernatural occurrences. 

Among these, the most famous is the figure of a jogger who appears to haunt the nearby road.

According to the legend, a woman was once jogging along the road adjacent to the cemetery when she was struck and killed by a vehicle in a hit-and-run accident. 

Her restless spirit is said to have stayed there ever since. 

Those who claim to have encountered the Phantom Jogger often say they saw a shadow like figure running alongside their vehicles, keeping pace with the vehicle without much effort, no matter how fast they drove.

Sometimes, she taps on car windows or sprints ahead, vanishing into thin air.

The most disturbing accounts come from those who park near the cemetery. 

It is said that if you leave your vehicle in neutral on the incline by Canyon Hill, ghostly handprints will appear on your car as if someone is pushing it uphill. 

Many that experienced this believe it is the jogger's spirit, making sure others do not meet same fate that killed her.
