The Weeping Angel Statue is an urban legend that about statues of angels that move when not being directly looked at.
These statues, found in graveyards, cathedrals, and old estates, are change position or even follow people with their gaze when no one is looking.
The most famous of this legend is found in stories of statues that seem to "cry" real tears, usually when this happens it means a tragedy event is about to happen.
If you stare at a weeping angel for too long, it will remain frozen, but the moment you look away— or even blink (think of DOCTOR WHO)— it will move closer.
Some versions of the legend say that these statues are cursed, trapping lost souls or serving as supernatural guardians with evil intentions.
Others say that they are spirits mourning their own untimely deaths, forever weeping for the souls of the departed.
Many people around the world have reported feeling the sensation of being watched in cemeteries, only to turn around and find an angel statue closer than the were before.
Some people even claim to have seen their expressions change or hands move slightly.
