The Golden Hand of Nuremberg is an urban legend from Germany, associated with the long historic city of Nuremberg.

It tells the story of a mysterious, cursed golden hand that brings misfortune or worse than that, to those who want it.

During the medieval period, a wealthy alchemist in Nuremberg crafted a well designed golden hand.

Some say it was created as an offering to the church, while others say it was meant to unlock the dark secrets of immortality.

However, before he could complete his work, the alchemist died under mysteriously, and the golden hand vanished.

Over the centuries, treasure hunters and scholars have become obsessed with finding the lost artifact. 

Those who came too close have met awful, tragic fates— some were struck by multiple unknown illnesses and diseases, while others were found dead in bad conditions, as if something had drained the very life from them. 

Witnesses have reported seeing a spectral like hand glimmering in the dark alleyways of Nuremberg, moving as if it was controlled by a hand or force no one could see.

To this day, the Golden Hand of Nuremberg remains a mystery.
