Navy Headquarters, Navy Messenger:
"Report!!! Fleet Admiral Sengoku, Admiral Kizaru said that during his concert tour in the Sabaody Archipelago, he hopes you can attend and give a speech."
Sengoku, covering his face:
"Damn it, Kuzan isn't here. Sakazuki, please head over and drag that disgraceful performer singing PPAP back here."
Sakazuki:
"Gladly."
Sengoku:
"Messenger, why are you still standing here? Is there anything else to report?"
Messenger:
"Don't you know? The composer and lyricist of PPAP are actually Admiral Akainu..."

Ruined by ching ching poison. Legitimately thinks in a 1 on 1 fight between any marine and a soldier from our world outcome is uncertain. Also thinks numbers matter ignoring conquerors haki. Then the ching ching slogan "unity is strength" was the cherry on top of the cesspool.
