Chapter 54: The Babies' First Social Experience

On the morning of the next day, the sunlight shone on the balcony of the hotel. Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon got up early, preparing to take the babies to the hotel's children's playground to play, so that they could have more opportunities to interact with other children.

When they arrived at the children's playground, there were already several children playing there. As soon as the babies saw so many new things and little playmates, their eyes lit up immediately, and they wriggled excitedly in the stroller.

"Babies, shall we go and play with the other children?" Yu Sha said gently to the babies.

Kwon Jung-hoon then took the babies out of the stroller and placed them on the soft crawling mat. One of the babies looked curiously at a slightly older little boy who was playing with building blocks nearby. He slowly crawled over, babbling all the way, as if trying to attract the little boy's attention.

The little boy looked up, looked at the little one, and asked curiously, "Who are you?"

The baby couldn't understand the little boy's words, but still smiled at him, showing his few baby teeth that hadn't fully grown yet. The little boy was infected by the baby's smile and laughed too. Then he picked up a building block and handed it to the baby.

"Here, you can play with it," the little boy said.

The baby stretched out his little hand, grabbed the building block, and waved it happily, making indistinct sounds: "Play, play!"

Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon watched from the side, with gratified smiles on their faces.

"The baby seems to really like playing with other children," Yu Sha said.

Kwon Jung-hoon nodded in agreement. "Yes, it's good for their growth. It can teach them to share and communicate."

At this time, another baby saw a colorful ball in the corner. He tried to stand up and walk over to get the ball. However, he couldn't walk very steadily yet. After taking a few steps, he swayed and almost fell.

Kwon Jung-hoon quickly walked over and held the baby. "Baby, be careful."

The baby was stubborn and wanted to walk over by himself. He broke free from Kwon Jung-hoon's hand and continued walking towards the ball. Finally, he walked to the ball, bent down with effort, and picked it up.

"Ball, ball!" The baby shouted excitedly and then walked towards the other children with the ball in his arms.

On the other side of the children's playground, several children were playing on the slide. The babies were attracted by it when they saw it. A little girl slid down the slide and said with a smile to the babies, "Come and play!"

The babies looked at the slide, their eyes full of curiosity and eagerness. Kwon Jung-hoon picked up one of the babies, walked carefully onto the slide, and then slid down with the baby. The babies felt the fun of the slide and couldn't stop smiling.

"Play again, play again!" The babies waved their little hands and said.

Yu Sha watched from the side and reminded with a smile, "Babies, we need to queue up. One by one."

Although the babies didn't quite understand the meaning of queuing up, with the example of the other children, they also learned to wait at the bottom of the slide and go up when it was their turn.

During the playing process, there were also some little frictions among the babies. Once, two babies both took a fancy to a toy car at the same time. They both reached out to grab it, and neither of them would give in. They were almost on the verge of crying.

Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon quickly walked over, squatted down and said to the babies, "Babies, don't fight. Let's play together, okay?"

The babies looked at their parents and nodded as if they understood. Kwon Jung-hoon picked up the toy car, drove it on the ground, and made a "beep beep" sound, attracting the babies' attention.

"Look, the toy car is running!" Kwon Jung-hoon said.

The babies were attracted by the toy car, forgot about the fight just now, and ran after the toy car together, shouting happily.

After a while, the staff in the children's playground organized a simple parent-child game activity and invited all the children and parents to participate together.

"Dear parents and children, let's play a ball-passing game. Everyone forms a circle and passes the ball to the person next to you. Let's see who can pass it quickly and accurately," the staff said.

Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon took the babies to join the game. The babies looked at the people around them and clapped their hands excitedly.

The game started, and the ball was passed among everyone. When the ball was passed to Yu Sha, she smiled and handed it to the baby, asking the baby to pass it to the little boy next to him. The baby clumsily took the ball and then tried hard to reach it out to the little boy.

"Baby, come on!" Yu Sha encouraged.

The little boy smoothly took the ball and then passed it to the next person. During the game, although the babies didn't know how to play very well, they were very enthusiastic. They kept smiling, shouting, and interacting with the other children.

After the game ended, the staff gave each child a small sticker as a reward. The babies took the stickers and happily stuck them on their clothes.

"Thank you, auntie!" The babies said in their childish voices.

The staff smiled and said, "You're welcome. The children had a great time playing today!"

Near noon, the babies were a bit tired and hungry from playing. Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon took them back to the room and prepared to feed the babies.

"The babies really had a great time playing in the children's playground today and also learned to play with other children," Yu Sha said while preparing food for the babies.

Kwon Jung-hoon said with a smile, "Yes, such social experiences are very important for their growth. We should take them to participate in similar activities more often in the future."

The babies sat in the baby chairs, eating the food with big mouthfuls, with satisfied smiles on their faces. Looking at the babies' appearance, Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon also felt extremely happy.

This first social experience of the babies on this day allowed Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon to see the growth and progress of the babies, and also made them look forward to the babies' future development in social aspects even more.
