Chapter 55: Changes After Returning Home

After the pleasant seaside trip, the Yu Sha's family embarked on the journey back home. Along the way, the babies slept soundly in the car while Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon talked softly, reminiscing about every bit of the trip.

When they got home and opened the door, the familiar smell greeted them. Aunt Li had been waiting at the door. Seeing them come back, a big smile spread across her face. "Sir, Madam, you're finally back. How did the babies enjoy themselves?"

Yu Sha replied with a smile, "Aunt Li, the babies had a wonderful time. This trip was really meaningful."

Kwon Jung-hoon nodded in agreement, "Yes, the babies got to see a lot of new things and became more lively."

Entering the living room, Yu Sha found that the house had been cleaned spotlessly by Aunt Li, and everything was neatly arranged. She said gratefully to Aunt Li, "Aunt Li, you've worked so hard. You've kept the house in such good order."

Aunt Li smiled and said, "It's all I should do. I'm happy to see you back."

After the babies woke up, they seemed to have a new sense of the home environment. They no longer just played in a fixed area as before but started to explore every corner of the house. One baby crawled to the corner of the living room and found a small ornament that he had never noticed before. He curiously held it in his hand and fiddled with it, making "yi yi" sounds.

"Baby, what's that?" Yu Sha walked over and asked.

The baby looked up at Yu Sha, smiled, and handed the small ornament to her, as if showing her his new discovery.

The other baby developed a strong interest in the family pet dog. The dog was running around in the living room, and the baby chased after it, constantly shouting, "Dog, dog!" The dog also seemed to like the baby very much and would stop from time to time to sniff the baby's hand with its nose.

"Baby, don't run too fast. Be careful not to fall," Kwon Jung-hoon reminded from the side.

At dinner, the babies' behavior was different from before. They no longer needed Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon to feed them mouthful by mouthful but tried to eat with a spoon in their small hands. Although they got food all over their faces, they ate with great relish.

"Baby, you're so great. You can eat by yourself now!" Yu Sha praised.

Hearing his mother's praise, the baby smiled even more happily and proudly shook the spoon in his hand.

After dinner, the family sat in the living room chatting. Kwang Na and Jung-yeol also came over and brought some small gifts for the babies.

"Babies, look what Auntie has brought for you?" Kwang Na took out two cute plush toys with a smile.

When the babies saw the toys, their eyes lit up immediately, and they reached out to grab them.

"Thank you, Auntie!" the babies said indistinctly.

Jung-yeol looked at the babies and said with a smile, "Did the babies become smarter after this trip?"

Yu Sha answered, "Yes, this trip taught them a lot, and they became braver too."

Kwon Jung-hoon continued, "We should take them out more often in the future to broaden their horizons."

In the following days, the changes in the babies became more and more obvious. They began to take the initiative to communicate with their family. Although the words they said were still simple, they could express their thoughts and needs.

One day, one of the babies walked up to Yu Sha, took her hand, and said, "Mom, play."

Yu Sha smiled and asked, "Baby, what do you want to play?"

The baby pointed to the building blocks, indicating that he wanted to play with them. Yu Sha then sat on the ground with the baby and started playing with the building blocks. The baby tried hard to stack the building blocks with his small hands. Although the stack wasn't very high, he was very focused.

"Baby, you're stacking them so well!" Yu Sha encouraged.

Hearing his mother's words, the baby worked even harder on stacking the building blocks and would look at Yu Sha from time to time, as if waiting for more praise from her.

The other baby developed an interest in drawing. He scribbled on the paper with crayons. Although the lines he drew were crooked, he had a great time.

"Baby, what did you draw?" Kwon Jung-hoon asked.

The baby looked at his drawing, thought for a while, and said, "Sun, flower."

Kwon Jung-hoon smiled and said, "Baby, you drew it really well. You have such a great imagination!"

As the babies grew up, the atmosphere at home became more lively and warm. Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon often took the babies to the park to play, allowing them to get in touch with nature. In the park, the babies would fly kites and play on the slide with other children, and their social skills were constantly improving.

Once in the park, the babies met a little girl of similar age. The little girl was playing with a beautiful bubble machine, blowing out many colorful bubbles. The babies were attracted by the bubbles and ran over to play with the little girl.

"Sister, bubbles," the babies said.

The little girl smiled and handed the bubble machine to the babies. "Here, you can play with it."

The babies happily took the bubble machine and blew out strings of bubbles. Their laughter echoed in the park.

After returning home, the babies would excitedly share their experiences in the park with their family.

"Mom, bubbles, so many bubbles," the babies said, dancing with their hands and feet.

Yu Sha smiled and said, "Baby, shall we go and play with bubbles again next time?"

The babies nodded vigorously. "Yes!"

During the growth process of the babies, Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon were also constantly learning and growing. They would read some parenting books and attend parenting lectures, striving to provide a better growth environment for the babies.

"Honey, I think we should pay more attention to cultivating the babies' interests so that they can develop their strengths," Yu Sha said.

Kwon Jung-hoon nodded in agreement. "Well, we can sign them up for some interest classes according to their interests, allowing them to learn while having fun."

In conclusion, after this trip, the growth of the babies brought many new changes to the family. Yu Sha and Kwon Jung-hoon were also trying hard to adapt to these changes and accompany the babies to grow up healthily and happily.
