Who the hell do you think you are!? You don't need to call my brother useless,when you don't know anything about him! My family matters are none of your business! Stay out of it!" Said Akihito,furiously.

"Woah,woah. Why are you getting so angry!? I....I am on your side! I...I pity you! Your family never treated you,like they should have! You....your parents literally disowned you,infront of your brother! Why the hell are you still protecting him!?" Said Suzume,frustratingly.

"Ms Suzume,first of all,you're here for a job. And second of all,my family matters are none of your business. So,try to be in your limits. I understand that you're my fan,and I am your idol,but interfering in your idol's personal affairs is purely disgusting. "Said Akihito.

"I....I am sorry,I will never ever try to meddle in your personal affairs again." Said Suzume,in a low voice. "So now,let's proceed with the interview. So,basically I'll ask you 5 questions and if your answers to these questions are correct,then I'll hire you. But,if you get the answers to these questions wrong,I'll not hire you and you'll not get a second chance. Since,you're my fan,you must be knowing that I only hire people,who have good qualities." Said Akihito.

"Hmm,i agree to everything you said,sir. I am ready,so you can start the interview now." Said Suzume. "Ok,so let's start the interview,now. The first question: what are your qualifications? And why did you choose animation out of all fields? Animation is a field which doesn't have many opportunities. So,why did you choose this field?" Asked Akihito.

"Uh,sir,actually I used to watch a cartoon when I was a child. I don't even remember the name of that cartoon but,it was made for children. After growing up,I got to know that it was not a cartoon,but an anime,made for children. Although,I don't remember the name of that anime,but I still remember a scene from that anime.

That scene was about airplanes. I was amazed by the level of skills and hard work it took the developers to make that scene,which was not even a minute long. For me,animation was magical. It was never stressful or depressing. I always felt good whenever I animated something! So,I decided to pursue a degree in animation.

Since,it was fun for me. This is the only reason,I chose the field of animation." Said Suzume.

"Hmm,your answer seems perfect. I don't know if what you are saying,is truly the reason of you,choosing the field of animation or not. But,I won't bother to find out if you're lying or not either. So,let's move on to the next question. Why did you remain jobless after 2 years of graduation? You have remarkable grades and a degree from a prestigious college. So,why did you wait? And why are you getting a job now,instead of getting a job before? With such grades,it would have been easy for you to get a job before. So,why did you delay in applying for a job?" Asked Akihito,while looking at a piece of paper.

"I know that it might seem weird but sir,I belong to a wealthy family. My father and mother got married because their parents told them to. They always loved eachother despite the fact,that it was an arrange marriage. My mom and dad have,a very different personality from eachother. In my father's opinion,everyone should be independent and have a job,no matter the gender,country or whatsoever.

But,my mom on the other hand,thinks that women that belong to wealthy families should avoid doing jobs,since it's disrespecting. I always wanted to do a job,but sadly,my mom never let me apply for one. And,that's the reason why I couldn't apply for a job,for so many years." Said Suzume,in a low voice.

"Hmm,you seem to be lying a lot,huh? Anyways,I don't want to hear your sad story. I'll hire you on the basis of your skills. I want skilled employees,not crybabies. So,make sure that you don't bring up your family matters in front of me again. Sharing your personal information with strangers is not something I favor.

So,let's move on to the third question. What's the main thing in animation. I mean,there are multiple features in an animated movies. For example, animation style,character design,visual style and audio, ofcourse. There are many more things but since you have a degree in animation,I probably don't need to mention all of the terms.

So,tell me,which is the most important and noticeable detail,style or design in an animated movie? What do the audience admire the most in animated movies?" Asked Akihito,while smiling. Akihito's thoughts- most of the people who have good degrees in animation,are like parrots. They learn the things given in their course books and never take the intiative to learn something beyond their course books.

This is the hardest question till now. It may seem like a really easy question but it's not. It's actually not about animation. It's related to human psychology. What do humans notice first when they see a movie? Ofcourse,the characters! Same goes with animated movies. Most people will guess,audio which is completely wrong. I know that I dont have any employees right now,but I still need talented employees! I honestly,don't think she'll get this right. I'll kick her out as soon as she gets this wrong.

"It's,the characters! The movements of the characters and the scenes too! That's what our eyes analyse first,whenever we are seeing an animated movie!" Answered Suzume,excitedly.

Akihito was shocked,by her level of thinking. He was so shocked,that even Suzume knew that something was wrong with him. "Uh,sir are you okay? You don't look so good. Do...you maybe need some water?" Asked Suzume,worriedly.

"No,I don't need water and I am completely fine. You don't need to worry about me. Just focus on the interview. Anyways,let's move on to the last question. Why do you want this job? And why didn't you apply in the other companies?" Asked Akihito.

"I actually had my interviews in some big companies today. But,I got rejected in all of them. Some of the jobs were taken by the children of rich people. And some male interviewers were not looking for employees,but mistresses. They all were married,but still wanted a young woman as their mistress. I didn't want to become their mistress,so I had to leave. And that's the reason why I didn't get a job there,and came here. Said Suzume,calmly.

"Wait,what!? Why the hell are you saying this so calmly!? And why didn't you sue them for harrassing you? Which company did you even get harrassed in?" Asked Akihito,furiously.

"Why are you so angry? I am just a stranger to you. Why do you even care about me,getting harrassed?" Asked Suzume.
