ANOTHER STEP AWAY

Present Time,

“Woow! Wow! Slow down, young lady!

Where are you going looking this life magneting?" Falkur teased as Zeda reached the base of the stairs - the document he was to retrieve, suddenly at the back of his mind.

Kamaz shot fiery balls to the side of Falkur's head before he speechlessly looked at Zeda again.

A smile played on Zeda’s lips even though she suddenly became extra conscious of how she walked. Kamaz’s eyes glued on her conspicuously - he didn't try to hide the fact that his eyes couldn't find another part of the room to look at.

She had used a total of two seconds to capture the view of his presence before her.

‘It must be a coincidence that we are meeting here. The next time we might get to meet like this could be in the next three years!’ Zeda exaggerated in her thoughts.

Nanny Greta, who had been behind Zeda, had a huge grin on her face.
