Centuries ago,
The center was cleared and rid of any human but Zelda. A seat and a Pipa were provided, and the eyes of everyone were on Zelda.
She knew this wasn't the time to cower or tremble. The Queen was earnestly waiting for her to entertain the gathering by playing a bad tune, and Prince Kamaz was eagerly waiting to make a mistake if things went south.
It was up to her to ensure none of the aforementioned occurred.
She settled on the seat despite the murmurs and small talk that were being made around her. She adjusted her sitting position to accommodate a favorable reach to the instrument, and the hem of her attire hiked a little above her ankles.
Prince Toran caught sight of the trinket and his face beamed.
Zelda could hear some of the words they told each other, words of how badly she was about to paint the Elsher clan.
‘I’m Zelda Elsher. We are not known for ruins’ She said to herself.
