Centuries ago,
When she woke up that morning, Kamaz was gone but breakfast awaited her and that was somewhat comforting. Zelda wondered what could have taken him out of the house while she was asleep.
It wasn’t so early in the morning but it was a little odd for Kamaz to leave the house without ensuring she had slept to her heart’s content.
She felt a little tired as she drank some water to clear her parched throat. Feeling the cool liquid reviving the walls of her throat did wonders and she placed the cup down with a satisfied sigh.
She turned the lid placed over her food up and as the appetizing aroma of the meal hit her nose, she looked away as her nose scrunched.
She looked back at it, it was similar to what she had two weeks ago and she had not been repulsed in any way. She had even gone ahead to clear the whole of her plate to Kamaz’s joy.
