GOING TO WAR(III)

Centuries ago,

“After a little pester, Father told me” Kamaz said calmly.

Zelda quickly turned back causing Kamaz to straighten and walk around to meet her. “He did?” Zelda asked, disbelief in her voice and shock in her eyes as they followed him.

“I have decided to stay. He said you do not want me to go. You should have just told me little bird" He said taking up a space beside her.

She blinked, grateful that her father did not reveal the reason they had been arguing. While she was of the opinion that Kamaz is kept in the dark on the subject that she is with child, Elsher Duke thinks she is making a mistake by keeping such information from Kamaz.

“Any moment from now, they will arrive. Do you think I haven’t thought it through?

Departing from you is going to cause me great sorrow and it will be with a heavy heart. but if the war were to come to Zoah, I will be in greater sorrow.
