Even this time when she went to dark forest, I was worried constantly, even though I have given her protective talisman which if activated could have enough time for me to arrive her location.

Blazig valley also doesn't wanted to go on full war with us for just Ming Yue too, so it wasn't that dangerous situation before,but now they might really do anything to eliminate at least one of them."

Zhi Hui also pointed out her view.

Huan Caiyi sighed while speaking about it.

"Getting a constant supply of those is almost impossible, there are very few talisman grand master who had knowledge of making them in the central region and we don't even know if anyone exists in eastern region or not.

We can only check for big autions in the sky pavilion from now on, the chances of it appearing there will be far higher than anyother place in easter region."

Zhi Hui stated calmly and continued.

"Lets not think too much about it, we should focus on increase our strength too, once we reach late stage Void Reversion realm than no one in the Void Reversion realm will our match than that will be a deterrence in itself"

Huan Caiyi nodded and calmed herself for time being as it was pointless to keep assuming baseless things. What if Blazing Valley really doesn't have backbone and don't even take any major steps?

So, she have to first see their reaction then decide what to do. Right now, it was necessary for her to increase her own strength.

Both her and Zhi Hui can considered supreme geniuses genius of their era. They were already at the peak of Mid stage so it won't take long before they would be able to advance to late stage.

Once they advanced to late stage of Void Reversion they won't fear anyone in Void Reversion realm

Right know he had already learned the basics of Qi Refinement section of the Heavenly Lotus Sutra.

This cultivation technique is a Buddhist cultivation technique. It was related to calmness and serenity of the soul.

Learning the basics doesn't took much of time, but mastering it will definitely take time.

Cultivation techniques can be divided into 3 categories, first is immortal cultivation techniques, second is Buddhist cultivation techniques and third is Fiend cultivation techniques.

He took out the remaining spirit herbs and plcaed them in front of him, it was time to breakthrough to Foundation Establishment realm.

In Foundation establishment realm cultivators have to open meridians to advance, If cultivators open a single meridian then they will enter the early stage of Foundation Establishment realm.

If they are able to open 3 meridians then they will reach peak of the early stage, and if they open 4th meridian then they will enter mid stage of Foundation Establishment realm.

Similarly if they open their 7th meridian then they will reach late stage Foundation Establishment realm and for the peak they have to open their 10th meridian.

There are total 12 meridians in Foundation Establishment realm and when one open all 12 of them, they can try to advance to the Core Formation realm.

The reason why Qi Refinement realm cultivators cannot use qi outside of their bodies is because they haven't opened their meridians, meridians work as pathway for flow of qi .

There are more than 12 meridians in Human cultivators body but opening 12 of these meridians opens them all, As these 12 are the main meridians and smaller meridians are connected like branches to them.

Jiang Hao took one of the Ice attributed spirit herbs and ate it, for others it would difficult to open their first meridian as they have to follow the steps in comprehended from their cultivation technique's but for Jiang Hao it was just matter of absorbing lot of Qi.

The moment he ate the spirit herb he felt like stream of qi moving in one direction of his body , but it was blocked by some kind of blockage. He knew that 1 spirit herb won't be enough to open his meridian so he took all four of them and ate them together.

This time the amount qi inside his body felt like raging river which moved in same direction where previous qi was blocked. when the brust of Qi struck the blockage it dissipated immediately.

His first meridian had opened, and he felt like his whole body was elevated to another level strength. The little bit tiredness he had after comprehending the cultivation technique was washed away.

He had reached Foundation Establishment realm. His body cultivation had also reached Early stage of Grade 2 realm. In Early stage of Grade 2 realm bones are refined, Cultivators required different type of resources for refinement of different types of Body parts.

This the reason why cultivation of Body is termed more difficult than cultivation of Qi, Jiang Hao doesn't have this problems so he doesn't have to go through all that hassle.

Now that he reached Foundation Establishment realm he can use Qi outside of his body, and since he can use qi outside of his body he was going to bind the ring first to himself.

He always wanted to understand its functions fully, there might be many things he can do with it once he was able to fully control it.
