chapter 2 Ray's Group

Raymond could be seen in a office, he's the CEO of Ray's Group, they deal in producing toys. Ray Group takes the top spot as the largest toy company in the world, based on brand value. They're known for their iconic interlocking plastic bricks, which have become a staple in many children's toy collections. With a brand value of $6.026 billion USD, Ray groups has managed to stay ahead of the competition by continuously innovating and expanding their product lines.

Today could be seen as a very busy day, because they had a lot of orders on toys, their new toys collection just hit the right spot and they have been getting a lot of orders since then.

Felix Fox, Rays best friend walked inside the office "Hey buddy, what's up? I can see you guys are really busy today" Felix asked.

"Yeah, we have a lot of orders" Ray replied.

Anyways I just passed by and decided to greet you. I tried calling you during the weekend, but you didn't respond Felix asked.

"I was with my girl and why will you call me during the weekend, don't you have something doing or you can as well find a girl for yourself" Ray said with a smile.

Come on bro you must not rub it on my face and I really like your sister Sophia, Felix said seriously

Hey, are you mad? It's not funny. What's the meaning of that? Ray asked.

It won't work, until I see some changes in you. Come on,you are a big player.

I have changed,I don't know why you don't believe me, Felix frowned

That reminds me, when do you plan on getting married to Maria, you guys have been dating for a very long time, don't you want to take it to another level? Come on I have a very huge plan for my girl Ray said.

You have to be quick in whatever you are doing, you know your babe is really hot a lot of guys got their eyes on her and to top it all she's very nice and hardworking, you have to be very fast in whatever you are doing. I know that's why I have planned on taking things to another level. That's my guy Felix said.

Don't you have anything to do with your life, who comes to someone else's company by this time just to gossip. I'm not a workaholic like you and I'm the CEO, I can choose when to go to work and when not to Felix said.

I actually wonder how you try to balance both your work and your relationship. I'm not you Ray replied with a lot of pride.

A knock could be heard at the door. Scarlet Moon, Ray's secretary walked in "Good morning sir, good morning Mr. Fox. Sir, I brought the files you asked for" she said smiling.

Keep it on the desk Ray said.

What are you still waiting for, you can go Felix said.

Scarlet smiled and nodded, placing the files on the desk before turning to leave. "Have a great day, sir," she said, closing the door behind her.

Felix turned to Raymond, There's something about this your secretary I can't place my hands on,you need to change her before it will be too late.

A bmischievous glint in his eye. "You know, Ray, you're a very lucky man," he said, his voice low and serious.

Raymond raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What do you mean?" he asked, leaning back in his chair.

Felix grinned. "I mean, you've got a great company, a beautiful girlfriend, and a best friend like me who's always looking out for you," he said, chuckling.

Raymond laughed, shaking his head. "You're something else, Felix," he said, smiling.

Felix shrugged, his grin still plastered on his face. "Hey, someone's got to keep you on your toes," he said, winking.

Just then, Raymond's phone buzzed, breaking the silence. He glanced at the screen, his expression turning serious.

"What's up?" Felix asked, noticing the change in Raymond's demeanor.

Raymond sighed, rubbing his temples. "It's just a meeting with some potential investors," he said, his voice laced with frustration.

Felix nodded sympathetically. "You'll be fine, Ray. You're a great CEO," he said, clapping Raymond on the back.

Felix grinned, standing up as well. "Anytime, buddy. Now, I'll let you get to your meeting. I've got some business to attend to myself," he said, heading towards the door.
