Rope shook his head, then said, "It's not too much of a secret. Even if you do tell the method of operation, it's basically impossible to operate successfully. That's why I'm just asking."
Then, Rope squared himself and said seriously, "The legend of Tao Trio is true. The three legendary Pokémon of Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem are the ones that split from the legendary Dragon God of Unova. Reshiram inherited the belief in truth, Zekrom inherited the pursuit of ideals, and Kyurem inherited the pursuit of ideals. Kyurem inherited the body of the Dragon God."
The people in the audience all sucked in a breath of cold air after hearing the facts stated by Rope. Although basically everyone present had never faced a Legendary Pokémon directly, the greatness of a Legendary Pokémon was no longer something unknown. A Dragon God who after splitting is still three extremely powerful Legendary Pokémon. How powerful should he be when united?
"But what is now called ideal and reality actually represent the yin and the yang. And Kyurem represents reconciliation."
Rope felt awkward when he said that. How could Kyurem reconcile? How does Kyurem harmonize with the black and white dragons? But in Rope's research, this was the most reasonable explanation.
Of course, the few people who hadn't seen the black and white dragons and Kyurem didn't know what Rope was saying.
"If you want the three dragons to unite and the Dragon God of the Dao to reappear, the way to do it is also simple. Just find someone who can meet the requirements of both Reshiram and Zekrom, and after letting them voluntarily fuse into Kyurem's body, of course, the DNA Splicers used for fusing is also something that is indispensable."
Rope's mouth said this with ease and simplicity. But there was another one here who was a stupid child. They all knew why Rope wasn't afraid to tell others.
To make the black and white dragons with different goals recognize each other at the same time, and then to make the black and white dragons willingly merge into Kyurem's body and lose themselves. Was this really something a human could do?
Looking at the people around Rope, Rope twitched his lips and said quickly: "Hey, you guys are not really considering whether you can awaken the Dragon God of Tao, are you? Forget it. It's okay if the black and white dragon doesn't recognize you, but if it does, you'll have to beat your dog brains out."
This was the truth. Without recognized warriors, the two dragons were generally at peace with each other, but once their surrogates, the White Hero and the Black Hero, were chosen, it really was fight season.
That's a bit better than the Hoenn region... the pair of
This side is at least engaged in a proxy war, while that side is just direct action...
"And in the last big event, I realized that Kyurem already had real power in him. Someone should have brought Reshiram to Kyurem, or someone brought him to Kyurem after getting Reshiram's approval, only to be taught a lesson."
Whitley's face was a little subtle at that, she knew about it, it was N's fault...
Rope knew about it, but he wasn't going to talk about it either. The dead were gone, there was no point in adding to the trouble. And by telling N off at this point, then Whitley was bound to be the center of attention. That wasn't good for a little girl.
"Good thing though, it shouldn't be completely absorbed, it looks like Reshiram broke free. The power was still absorbed though."
Rope spread his hands helplessly.
It couldn't be helped. Kyurem was still strong, and more crucially, this guy wasn't like the black and white dragons that fought every other day. This guy was just catatonic, and then the energy not only didn't deplete, but even increased.
Rope reckons that if Black and White Dragons had been working on their deaths these past few years, then Kyurem could have just suppressed them both and been made whole again.
It's nothing more than changing the attunement into suppression. You can do that if you're strong enough.
Juniper digested Rope's words for a moment, then said, "And how did the Tao Dragon God split? How was he able to split and still form a relatively intact body of Pokémon? Or are the Legendary Pokémon, by nature, not Pokémon?"
Rope was shocked to hear this, he hadn't expected Professor Juniper to look into this. However, if one knew the legend of Tao Trio, then it was normal to have such doubts.
Splitting into three and then remaining three extremely powerful Legendary Pokémon, what an incredible thing!
One really had to wonder about the nature of this Dragon God of Tao.
"It involves the division of Legendary Pokémon." Rope didn't intend to cover it up either, since he had already said this, there was no point in hiding it.
"What division?" This was Professor Oak's question.
To be honest, Professor Oak was indeed the current head of the research community, but his research direction was very different from Rope's. In a sense, Rope's research complements his.
He studies the relationship between regular Pokémon and humans. Rope, on the other hand, helped complement his Legendary Pokémon's relationship with humans and the environment. Once the research of this master and disciple duo was merged, it was a complete study of Pokémon and human relationships.
"Legendary Pokémon have the world itself spawning them, and this part of Legendary Pokémon is represented by Arceus and Mew. Then there are those created by Arceus and other gods, like Legendary Beasts, Legendary Birds, Lake Guardians, and even the Twin Dragons of Space and Time and Giratina, and then there are those that are outsiders. Like the Deoxys who are outsiders, and the Ultra Beast in the Alola region who are similar outsiders."
Professor Oak thought for a while, then said, "You still haven't stated the main question. what exactly is the nature of Legendary Pokémon."
"The essence of Legendary Pokémon is Pokémon," Rope said seriously.
"But Pokémon can't explain the fact that the Dragon God of Tao is divided into three." Professor Oak immediately continued.
And everyone else, including Professor Juniper, found themselves unable to interject. It was now a discussion, or argument, between Rope and Professor Oak.
Rope and Professor Oak, on the other hand, didn't feel the slightest thing, after all, this was how they usually did their research at home. Now that they were getting into the swing of things, it was rather like being at home.
"The splitting of the Dragon God is related to his own powers, each Legendary Pokémon has its own unique powers, which you who have seen Celebi are aware of."
"That's right, Celebi is able to travel through time and space, but her power is the forest, once the forest is gone then Celebi will be weakened or even die."
"The Dragon God is the same way, his power is Yin and Yang. And once the balance of yin and yang cannot be maintained, then it will split, there is no doubt about that. And it's a normal situation that the Dragon God, who himself is the equivalent of a three-in-one, becomes three Pokémon himself after his powers are split into three."
Lance, Lucian, Juniper, Whitley: ...
Huh? Say something we can understand...
