Evacuation Plan

Rope It's early in the morning, and before Rope even has a chance to get out of bed, Rope is being dragged up by Takeshi and towards Takeshi's office.

Before Rope could even get back to his senses, he was already being dragged out himself. I don't know if it was Rope who was confused, even Sennogi who was cooking breakfast on the side was also confused.

After all, last night after dinner, Takeshi went back to the office to continue working, and then didn't come back for the whole night, it wasn't the first time for Sennogi to see such a situation. After all, Takeshi was occasionally busy enough to be in this state.

But now as soon as Takeshi came back from the office side like this, he scurried straight to Rope's side then started dragging Rope outside.

"Brother! What are you guys going to do?!"

Sennogi was wearing an apron on his body and holding a spatula in his hand then shouted at the top of his voice.

"Something to discuss with him!"

Takeshi, a guy who can't even head, responded in a high voice.

"Let's eat first! There's no rush for something!"

Sennogi was still a bit helpless, after all, it was more important to eat early in the morning, not to mention Rope was a guest.

Which is such an errand?

Rope is a bit helpless, then waves his hand at Sennogi.

"Stay for dinner! Wait for me to come back to eat!"

Sennogi looks at Rope and Takeshi's far away figure, clutches the spatula's hand and puts it towards her forehead, then accidentally gets hit on the head.

"Ouch!"

Sennogi ate the pain, then looked at the spatula in his hand and swung it twice in indignation.

And now the two people who are on the road, fast and furious, traveling in a hurry. The townspeople who had risen early on one side greeted Takeshi, who gave a brief perfunctory greeting and then left it at that.

On the contrary, Rope even greeted everyone seriously.

After walking for a while, Rope and the others finally made it to Takeshi's office, and Rope frowned and spoke up, "What the hell are you doing? What's wrong?"

Rope really didn't know what was wrong with this Takeshi guy. It was clear that the guy's overall demeanor was fairly calm during dinner last night. But now it seemed...the guy was on the verge of going insane.

But it wasn't that surprising. After all...what Takeshi had to deal with was just too much work.

Relocating an entire village away, along with leaving enough bait behind, and protecting Sennogi. How could something like that be done?

"You tell me! This kind of thing is just too hard to arrange."

Takeshi's headache was already on his face.Rope didn't even need to feel Takeshi's mood with his heartitis to be able to directly visualize Takeshi's pain. After all, a situation like this would give anyone a headache if it was placed on them.

"What went wrong? What can I do to help?"

Rope wasn't a fool, since Takeshi had griped him up early in the morning, it was obvious that he could help him with something. So there was also no ambiguity at all, this was something he had brought up, so any favor he could do was definitely going to be done.

It's like when he proposes all sorts of policies in the world of Pokémon, and then there's a lot of people to implement them. It was all very normal. He had become so used to being a hand-wringer that he couldn't get used to it anymore.

Likewise, there were naturally many times when he was gripped and used as a tool in this way. Wataru and Blue, as well as Daigo and Leon, all genuinely felt that Rope was a good tool.

Of course, it would be better if the trouble wasn't caused by this guy.

"I've already found a place to relocate, but like you said before..." said Takeshi as he sat down on his butt in front of his own desk before silently looking at Rope in front of him and pointing to a spot on the map on his desk.

Rope padded over and realized that the place really wasn't any different than what he thought it was.

Wet Plains City, the largest wetland in the Sinnoh region, even bigger than Sen Mizu Wetland, and there weren't so many strange things going on, and the Pokémon had their normal range of strengths and weaknesses, instead of being all dokan-ranked and above like Sen Mizu Wetland. Seriously, challenging the eight dojos at once isn't necessarily as difficult as punching through the outskirts of Sen Mizu Wetlands.

The normal Pokémon ecosystem of Wetland also makes it a good place for new trainers to travel. There is also a wild wilderness area, but it's a wetland scenario...and there aren't any very valuable Pokémon. It's true that it's awesome, and it's true that it's crotch-pulling.

But it was definitely the best destination for the Village of Water to relocate to. It didn't even have to adapt extra to the climate. The climate of these two places couldn't be said to be very similar. It could only be said to be exactly the same.

"Is there not enough money?"

Rope didn't mind giving a little bit of resources to help them out. After all, the resources he had on hand couldn't even be described as much. It was quite a lot. It didn't even take the internal resources of the Ooki family, just the ones he could get himself. Even the ones he produced himself were a few precious materials now.

The previous him would have had to go and prepare Perfect Fire Stone to evolve Growlithe. But if it was the current him, all he had to do was use his own flame. The effect would even only be better.

His own Energy Crystals, which were Legendary Grade resources.

So really if you want money, you can definitely exchange this for a lot of money, it just depends on whether Rope is willing or not.

Facing this question from Rope, Takeshi silently shook his head and said, "It's not like that. Money we don't lack."

Takeshi they indeed did not lack money, before the development of tourism, as well as takeout water plants have earned a lot, although not counted as a mountain of money. But because there was nowhere to spend it so they basically saved it up as well. After all, they basically didn't have any other needs besides fire Pokémon.

Takeshi shook his head bitterly, "Money isn't the problem, the problem is that we can't find anything that can, as you put it, top off our existence."

That's right, anything that could be solved with money was trivial. But this topping was really involving the blind spots of their ordinary people's knowledge. It seemed like there was no way around it at all.

Of course, Takeshi wouldn't be thinking that he could do it himself. His thoughts right now were...

Screw the Origin, screw the future world crisis. I'll take my sister and run, this world is yours to toss around, and anyway, if we really wait until sixty years or so from now, my sister and I should both be pretty much hung over.

If Rope couldn't come up with a relatively good solution for himself, then Takeshi was ready to start running.

Rope pretty much had an insight into the guy's broken mind right now.

This situation was really expected by Rope as well. After all, not everyone was able to rise to the occasion when faced with difficulty. Especially since this difficulty didn't look like it could be solved at all, Rope could understand, but Rope was more than capable of forcing others to do this.

So Rope spoke, "Don't worry, I'll figure this out." After saying that, Rope rubbed his temples. After all, this matter wasn't something that could just be solved.

The matter was complicated and troublesome, and Rope had to take her time to think of a solution.

But Rope already had a general idea of what to do, too.

Seeing that Rope had responded to this matter and did seem to have some sort of solution in mind, Takeshi was also relieved. After all, he didn't want to run away with his sister as long as he had the chance...

Running away was something you couldn't forgive yourself for a lot of times once you did it.

Instead of letting himself regret it for the rest of his life, it would be better to put up a fight when there was a possibility and get it over with.

Of course, that being said, Takeshi wasn't a fool if things really weren't going to work out.

"Any other questions?"

Rope looked at an obviously relieved Takeshi who was also rather helpless. This matter didn't really concern him much. He couldn't talk about a relationship with Takeshi and everyone in the village except Sennogi. Couldn't say that he could pour his heart out to the man just because he'd met him once.

His friendship with Sennogi had actually solidified over the course of the past two days.

As for Takeshi... friends didn't count, we all shared a common goal at best.

"There are no other major problems...and there really are, if you insist."

After saying the first half of the sentence, Takeshi moved away as if suddenly remembering something and spoke again, "You should know about the big guy in the lake at the center of our village."

Rope nodded at his words, "I know there's a Pokémon, but I'm not really sure exactly what species or power level it is."

It wasn't hard to guess the power level actually...it was probably a Pokémon that was going to make Red face it seriously. Originally, it wasn't supposed to be this strong. After all, each Pokémon had its own theoretical strength limit. It's also known as the racial ceiling.

The individual Pokémon that could reach this level...a Quasi-God was more or less the same. But the problem was that there were no Pokémon of that size.

That's why Rope couldn't say what kind of Pokémon this one was right now.

"He's a Wailord."

Takeshi also did not hide, directly opened his mouth and told Rope the race of this Pokémon. after all, there was no need to hide this kind of thing.

"Wailord? this kind of Pokémon lives in a lake???"

Rope could really feel a little hard to top, knowing that a Pokémon like Wailord was a Pokémon unique to the ocean. Because of their size and food quantity, it was impossible for them to survive in inland lakes and rivers.

But now Takeshi told Rope that the one living in the lake is a Wailord, which is a bit beyond Rope's imagination. There's one thing to be said for that, and it's not something you've ever learned.

"It's a Wailord all right." Takeshi said seriously, "We took him in back when he was a Howler Whale."

Rope frowned. The presence of howler whales in the Sinnoh region was indeed not surprising. After all, howler whales were distributed amongst all the oceans...it was true that Sinnoh's native iconography didn't have this kind of Pokémon is all.

Still, Rope wasn't surprised that such a Pokémon had appeared.

And if it had grown up in the lake at the center of the Village of Water, then it really wasn't surprising that this Wailord's strength was such.

After all, being close to the Origin of Water was in itself the greatest help to a Pokémon. Especially a water-type Pokémon. You know, even Quagsire was able to become a Champion-class Pokémon. It could be said to have completely broken this world's suppression of racial ceilings.

Rope nodded, then asked, ''So? What were you planning to do by mentioning this guy?"

Takeshi looks at Rope and speaks very seriously, "Rope, Sennogi trusts you, and so does the High Priestess. While I don't have any good feelings towards you, I don't have any bad feelings either, so to speak..."

The corners of Rope's mouth twitched, that didn't sound like much of a compliment, but it was true. takeshi didn't have anything good in store for him, and he did the same for Takeshi.

"I want you to take Wailord under your wing."

Takeshi said seriously.

Rope cocked his head.

"Are you kidding?"

"No." Takeshi shook his head, a serious look on his face.

Rope was a little bemused, then spoke up, "No, this is your daemon. Why don't you collect it yourself? Or let Sennogi take it in?"

Although Rope was all sorts of unreliable as a guy, he had never coveted his friends' things, whether they were things or people, ultimately Rope wouldn't think of possessing someone else's things.

But now Takeshi was testing him with a large bodied Pokémon that had reached the apex of the championship... a bit too much. Mind you, even Red wouldn't necessarily be able to withstand such a temptation.

"Because none of us have the ability."

Takeshi was obviously a bit helpless even as he said this. They were good for Pokémon cultivation here though. But too much water energy would put them in the same predicament as Village of Earth.

It was also thanks to this huge and amazingly talented Wailord that their village could be a habitable existence and not have any negative impact on their migration.

But accordingly, the progress of their Pokémon would be slower than those on the outskirts of the Wetlands. Though it was still much faster compared to the Pokémon of the outside world. But it wasn't often that a trainer had talent and was able to cash in on it.

Even if Wailord stood there and let them fight for a year, they wouldn't be able to defeat him, and there was no way Wailord would accept a bunch of guys who couldn't even break his own defenses. It would be an insult to himself.

So they, the natives of the Village of Water, basically had nothing to do with this Wailord. But this Wailord was also very close to them, and it absolutely couldn't be that they moved away and then left this Wailord here, which belonged to shameful betrayal.

"So, please go and take him in, and let him come with us."

As he said this, Takeshi was helpless, but also loyal.

At the same time, there was a hint of prayer.

Because he knew it best, Rope guy was fine because of his good relationship with Sennogi, but Rope would be too unmotivated to fight for Sennogi if he fought for Sennogi.

So this is a kind of deal with Rope, Rope took their strongest Pokémon, and Rope did her best to help them.

Rope looked at Takeshi with a face that wasn't very nice, but after a few moments, he nodded coldly.
