“Unlucky” would be the nice way to describe Lucas’ luck. He wasn’t just down bad. He was practically cursed.

And his double body, the one who should be attending school, perished in an ambush.

So now, he’s forced to resolve his existential crisis while attending a school he never even enrolled in. 

He’ll have to conquer his flimsy body, his brooding roommate, and his picky-eater “dungeon”—all that on top of surviving impending doom.

Luca surmised that even planets could be moved by what he had just seen.

And it took him a while to recover from the shock. By the time he did, they were actually on their way close to the military headquarters.

"Xavier, what was that?" The little money grubber gulped before asking.

Luca's original guess was that Xavier probably robbed several banks. After seeing such a staggering display of wealth, even D-29 had to look up news articles about the biggest heists.

Technically, no money was transferred into Luca's personal stash. What actually happened was that his terminal was given permission to access someone else's account.

But the Dungeon owner and his system couldn't fathom how anyone could walk around with a terminal that had that much money without feeling like they would be robbed any second now.
