Kat's body limply hung from her head lodged between crumbling walls, and her ragged breathing faded in and out, teetering on the edge of life. Distant laughter erupted from behind several rooftops, Lucia who had remained stationary began her assault with large wriggling tentacles composed of darkness and dove deep into the ground beneath Priscilla's feet. A drag of her foot was enough to relocate her three rooftops away, swapping their positions faster than Lucia could notice. Her pearly white wand controlled the two pieces of her enlarged scissors, cutting through the forest of tentacles heading her way.
'Neat little trick Pris. But you can't escape our story time!' The thickest tentacle shot from a magic circle by Lucia's feet, it smashed through the entire building forcing Priscilla to jump high into the air. A quick whistle brought her broom directly below her, it was a much slower medium of travel but it would do the work. 'That's enough of trying these powers out, let's finish this quest.'
'Witch Quest!'

'Does the modern one mean I won't be receiving little pieces of paper? Fuck yeah then, those are annoying to handle.' Her finger pressed on the little piece of paper that turned into a large green panel which floated directly before her. 'That's pretty neat.'

'Only 17 minutes have passed? That will be annoying, but with this speed, there is no way I will be caught and it's not like it's a 2v1 anymore. Kat is out of it for now-' A set of large teeth sunk deep into her shoulder. 'Ghh-' She snapped her foot to meet the little girl's body, her teeth glistened in the moonlight as crimson liquid coated their silver coating.
'That aura....it must be a zodiac weapon.' Priscilla clutched her shoulder, retrieving a healing potion from her ring, she then poured it across the open wound.
'Yes Yes. That's another reason why I don't need offensive spells. But at least we know you aren't a werewolf lol. You would've turned to ash! Haha,' She laughed to herself, perched on a small chimney with weak fumes floating up into the night sky.
Priscilla turned Southeast, if she went far enough there would be no chance the others could catch up to her. Especially among the mountains her feet could outpace them. 'Oh no you don't!' A large tentacle slammed across the back of her broom, nearly knocking her down onto the ground. 'That dangerous! Are you trying to kill me?!' Lucia allowed her lashes to speak on her behalf, each whip growing more violent than the last. It was time for Priscilla to leave, her broom hastily darted hundreds of feet ahead in seconds, the large metal web coming into view with the hundreds of tourists up at the ungodly hour of the night.
The fastest route would have been through the tower, but somehow she resisted, knowing that Lucia would be quite angry once she sobered up. From the shadows, small tentacles wriggled wildly, and a thin vine shot through the sky, narrowingly missing her head. Though it missed it landed on the large tower which soon erupted in hundreds of smaller tentacles, it painted a picture in her head of a cursed Christmas tree. 'Shit they aren't allowed to see that! Think Priscilla. Think! How can you avoid this?!' A small light bulb appeared over her head as she descended among the large crowd of people.
'Hello fellow tourists, though you won't remember this, I would like to apologize for what is to come.' They all stared in awe at the floating witch who mumbled words that some could not understand. From her ring, she pulled out tens of bottles filled with the love potion created earlier. A tsunami of potions rained from the sky, covering the entire platform in the pink potion forcing all of them to stare at her with love in their eyes.
'My goddess! Show me your love!'
'You are the most beautiful woman on Earth!'
'Go out with me!'
Distant fake wishes created by the potion's effect sparked up among the crowd, they made their wishes known, and Priscilla couldn't handle the wave of compliments and invitations for dinner. Her cheeks blushed, a smile that spread like the plague formed on her face and there was no holding it back. 'While I appreciate the admiration, if you all love please follow my instructions and head to the Arc de Triomphe where it is safer!' Like droves of mindless zombies, they headed toward the large arch sitting only 35 minutes away.
'That was easier than I thought. Those potions though...No! It would be useless to be upset from their use, it would be a lot worse if they were used on Lucia.' Priscilla with her wand attempted to use Lortus and pluck the tentacles out of the web, but it proved futile. Those sticky vines of darkness wriggled erratically, waiting to snatch onto anything that dared to venture too close.

'A new spell? At a time like this?' She thought about it for a second, luck could bless her with a teleportation spell and surviving the night would be light work. 'Yes. I choose yes.' The panel vanished, a smaller version of her Grimoire plopped into her arm allowing her to read the incantation.

'Not what had in mind, but it will work.' She smirked and began chanting the obnoxiously long incantation whilst circling the large webbed structure.
Far down on the ground, the two grand witches watched as their pupils flew close to the tentacles but dodged every single attack. Lucia turned over to the grinning Kat. 'This has proved to be rather difficult, do you have any ideas as to what she is wearing?'
'You mean those boots? They appear to be clad in misty darkness however they don't react to your tentacles. It must be a spell, but it doesn't matter, One of my chomps is enough to break them apart.'
Lucia shook her head, the alcoholic blush still forcing her appearance to be cheery, but her tone couldn't be more serious. 'The last hit you took from her nearly snapped your neck, if you take another attack like that without a shield you will surely die.'
Kat stared blankly before bursting into laughter. 'Since when are you the type to care about others? I'll be just fine, just make sure to support my attacks.' The second form of her weapon unlocked, and a silver mouth guard formed around her face similar to an oni mask.
Her figure disappeared before clinging to the tower leaping quickly with her mouth wide open toward the hovering Priscilla. A quick piece of metal smashed against the back of Kat's head plunging her into the ground.
'How is she so strong? What did you teach her?!' Kat slammed her fist against Lucia's shield.
'That is her own strength, though she is only using one of the spells I taught her, aside from the justice card from earlier. If I get caught in that I will surely be out of the battle. Everything else in her catalogue of asspulls is her own, not even I know how she has half of the things she possesses.' Lucia cast a large ice pillar toward Priscilla, freezing the end of her broom, the large pillar continued flying with the trajectory of the Arc de Triomphe.
While chanting she forced a large portion of her magical power to snatch onto the large ice pillar, barely stopping it mid-air before dropping it into the river Seine. 'Let the Lord's Light descend and burn the unholy which dared corrupt his sandbox!' The Lord's holy light descended from the darkened skies, illuminating Priscilla's figure like a disco ball, cleansing the unholy tentacles that clung to the tower.
'How you like them apples!' Priscilla screamed at the top of her lungs, mocking Lucia's spell that no longer bore any use. She flew close to her face, only several metres between them, Priscilla summoned her scissors again and grew them out like blades.
'Allow us to spar using our blades again just like before, remember when you kidnapped me? You Psycho.' A nervous smile lay on her face, but a fear had long dug into her bones. Since knowing her she had never won a single battle against her mentor, would this time be any different?
Lucia's majestic blade is intricately designed with lilacs in the hilt formed from the shadows of night, its sharp edge glistening from Priscilla's holy light.
'Let's do this Pris.'
