MOUNTAIN SITTING IMMORTAL (MSI)
A conduit of the great Dao happened to enter the grotto heaven called Earth. No one had been able to take ownership of this conduit for many years until Marvin came into contact with it. 
Marvin met the requirement to use the conduit. This allowed him to begin his journey towards immortality. 
The journey begins from transcending the first mortal coil at Body Forging to transcending the second at Energy Gathering, passing through the subsequent mortal coils, and hopefully to becoming a true immortal with eternal life.
But the conduit is far more useful than helping a dying business tycoon gain another lease at life. It is also a conduit of great power. 
This power and many more will be his as long as he continues to sit on his mountain and grows the mountain into a colossus. The mountain will bring him to greater heights and greater power.

Mountain Sitting Immortal

In one month, he will earn at least 30,000 karma or 2.8 gold coins worth of bread. It should be more than that since his student count is holding steady at 300 now.

By the time his average student counts reach 300, he will be earning up to 45,000 Kama per month. This is even more than the 34,500 karma he will earn every month if he distributes 500 loaves of bread every day and earns an average of 2.3 karma for each loaf.

The best part is that the karma he earns from the dojo is free. He can earn a lot more karma from distributing bread, but he will have to increase the amount of money he spends on it.

Not only does he spend money to earn karma from distributing bread, but he also needs to spend time to distribute the bread. Meanwhile, he only spends time running the dojo.

The time he needs to spend on running the dojo is fixed, but the number of students he can teach during that time is not. If his student count increases, he will earn even more karma.
