Unintentional Doom

The dragon roared again, shaking the ground. Flames erupted, buildings trembled, and somewhere in the background, Deadpool was still talking.

Alex had had enough.

"Alright, time to cheat."

He raised his Infinity Gauntlet-covered hand, taking a deep breath.

"Alright, let's try something simple. Maybe a small energy blast—"

BOOM.

A miniature black hole appeared for exactly two seconds before violently collapsing, sucking in a poor street sign.

Deadpool immediately pointed.

"HEY! You almost just nuked a parking meter! Do you KNOW how much people in India hate losing their parking spots?!"

Alex ignored him.

"Okay… not that."

He tried again.

This time, a shockwave burst out from his hand, sending Deadpool flying into a pile of rubble.

"GAH! My face!" Deadpool groaned from under the debris. "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO AIM AT THE DRAGON, NOT ME, YOU IDIOTIC RPG CHARACTER!"

Alex gritted his teeth. "I'm figuring it out!"

He clenched his fist and focused, trying to control the chaotic energy.

Something clicked.

A glow surrounded the gauntlet. Power surged through his body. He felt it

And then—

A MASSIVE, SWIRLING PORTAL ripped open in front of him.

The entire battlefield froze.

The dragon stopped mid-roar. The Boys, Pavitr, and even Deadpool stared.

Through the gigantic, unstable portal was…

A world unlike anything they'd ever seen.

A blood-red sky.

A crimson wasteland of fire and destruction.

The air itself seemed to pulse with rage.

It looked like Hell.

Deadpool slowly turned toward Alex.

"…Did you just open a direct doorway to Satan's backyard?"

Alex swallowed. "I-I think I—"

Before he could finish—

A figure stepped into view on the other side of the portal.

A towering, armored figure.

The air seemed to vibrate with sheer aggression.

The figure stood there, unmoving. Watching.

The dragon, for the first time, took a step back.

Deadpool blinked.

"…Okay, so, um. Not to alarm anyone."

He dramatically pointed at the portal.

"BUT I THINK WE JUST SUMMONED THE FINAL BOSS FROM ANOTHER F***ING GAME."

The figure didn't move.

Didn't react.

It just stood there.

Watching.

Waiting.

And in that moment, even with a raging dragon nearby, Alex had one single thought running through his head—

What the actual f** did I just do?*
