The city around him begins to warp, its skies flickering between strange and terrifying colors, and its people caught in a strange unease. As the laws of nature bend and break, Alex realizes he is not merely a bystander in this chaotic event—he is being drawn into something much bigger.



A system, something straight out of a video game, activates within him, bestowing strange powers and quests as his world collides with another.
