Shocking Swing

The web that Arthur shot was perfectly attached to the goblin's back, who was unconscious because of Kai's attack. The distance between Arthur, who was standing on top, and the small goblin on the ground was equal to the distance on the opposite side of the wall where Arthur shot his longest web while practicing, aiming at the opposite side of the wall.

"Ahhh... Well, at least it's attached," Arthur said, thinking he wasn't sure if the web would attach again at such a distance.

"Now, I just need to pull him up and tie him with my web," Arthur said.

Behind Arthur, Kai was standing in front of the pillar that connected the upper ground and dungeon ceiling, watching Arthur.

"Ha..." Arthur reacted suddenly, feeling a vibration on his web, which was connected to his hand and the goblin's back.

"Pull…" Suddenly, grabbing the web that connected to his back, the goblin turned around. With rapid speed, he pulled Arthur's web.

Arthur was rapidly pulled toward the goblin, falling from the top ground toward the bottom, where the small goblin was now standing on his feet, pulling him.

In the blink of an eye, Arthur was pulled through mid-air as he realized his situation. Without wasting time, as Arthur descended, he shot another web from his other hand toward the pillar where Kai had been standing before. Arthur's web was aimed at the pillar, but before it could attach to the pillar, Kai grabbed it with one hand.

Arthur was now hanging in mid-air, one side being pulled by the goblin and the other side being held by Kai.

"You need to do this by yourself," Kai ordered, gazing at Arthur while opening his hand that was holding the web.

Hearing Kai and looking at him, Arthur understood what Kai meant. Before Kai opened his hand and released the web, Arthur detached both of his hands from the web, falling straight down toward the dungeon floor.

As Arthur detached himself, the goblin that had been pulling him with his web fell backward. Seeing Arthur fall, Kai quickly leaped forward to the edge and looked down. While still falling on his back, Arthur looked back at Kai with a blank expression. As he passed the halfway point in his fall, Arthur shot a web toward the straight pillar where he was born. The web attached to the pillar, and with the speed of his fall, he was pulled toward it, swinging upward. Then, he shot another web around the pillar and continued swinging.

"Haa..." Arthur swung around the pillar, shooting multiple webs toward it and detaching them as he swung. His heart filled with excitement.

'This is just like the heroes I saw on TV when I was little,' Arthur thought, remembering the memories of his past life.

As he swung around, enjoying the movement, his eyes caught the little goblin glaring at him with anger. Arthur looked up toward the edge of the top ground and saw Kai watching him. Arthur thought for a moment and, with another powerful swing, emerged from behind the pillar, detaching his web. He threw himself toward the goblin. The little goblin was shocked to see Arthur coming toward him mid-air. The goblin braced himself, ready to fight. As Arthur fell toward the goblin, he raised both hands and quickly threw multiple web shots.

These web shots were different from his previous shots. They were small, about the size of Arthur's hand. As he shot them, he also detached them from his hands so that they were directly attached to the goblin's body. In no time, the web shots hit the goblin, sticking all over his body and stopping the goblin from moving his hands and legs. The goblin was completely wrapped in Arthur's web, like a cocoon, from neck to foot, and fell to the ground, unable to move.

But Arthur was still falling toward the floor.

After realizing he had captured the goblin, he turned around and looked up at Kai. It was the first time Arthur saw a smile on Kai's face. Then, with all his strength, Arthur shot a web straight toward Kai. Seeing the web coming toward him, Kai understood Arthur's plan. Before the web touched him, he grabbed it with his hand and quickly pulled Arthur up.

Suddenly, Arthur felt immense pressure as Kai pulled him upward. The force was so strong that it felt like it was crushing Arthur's body from both sides. As Arthur was pulled up to the top, just before he hit the dungeon ceiling, Kai slowly pulled Arthur toward him.

With speed, Arthur clashed against the top ground where he had been born, and Kai was standing. After slipping from his fall, Arthur stopped in front of his broken egg.

"Ah... idiot," Arthur muttered, falling to the ground, and glancing at his broken egg with a weak expression.

"That was a good plan. When did you learn to swing like that? Or was this your first time?" Kai said, walking toward Arthur.

"Don't pull me like that again, okay?!" Arthur said, still on the ground, looking at his broken egg.

Slowly, Arthur stood up.

"Ah... That was scary and exciting too. I always wanted to do that, you know," Arthur said, taking a long breath and looking at Kai.

"Swinging? Why?" Kai asked.

"Yes... but you don't understand," Arthur replied with a small smile.

"By the way, don't you think eating the goblin feels weird?" Arthur asked.

"Who said we're going to eat that goblin?" Kai replied.

"So we're just going to release the goblin?" Arthur asked, shocked.

"No. First, we get information from him, and then we kill him," Kai answered, explaining his plan to Arthur.

"Kill…Oh... okay," Arthur replied, walking toward the edge.

Kai followed Arthur to the edge.

Arthur and Kai looked down at the floor, where the goblin was trying to release himself from Arthur's web. The goblin was biting the web with his teeth, trying to cut it, but the web wasn't breaking.

"No use. I mixed my magic with that web. They're meant to trap him. There's no use trying to cut them with teeth," Arthur muttered.

"You're learning faster than I thought. Now, pull him up," Kai said.

Hearing Kai, Arthur aimed at the goblin and shot a web toward the goblin's stomach area, which was already covered in Arthur's web. Arthur grabbed the web string from his other hand and detached the web, holding onto it with one hand.

"Here, pull it. You're good at pulling," Arthur said, offering the web string to Kai.

Kai looked at Arthur with a blank face, then grabbed the string that Arthur offered, which was still attached to the goblin.

With rapid force, Kai pulled the web string upward. The goblin was pulled toward the ceiling, crashing straight into the dungeon ceiling.

"Boom!"

The impact of the goblin hitting the ceiling was so strong that a cloud of dust emerged from the impact, and some shattered stones fell downward.

"Our plan was to interrogate him first, right? Not kill him?" Arthur asked in shock, looking up at the dust cloud.
