A series of catastrophic events plunged Earth into a state of chaos. In this time of chaos, a new breed of humans, the Runebounds, arose.

Arthur hesitated before reading the final part of his status window, knowing it wouldn’t be good news. "As for blood purity... it says 'Miserable.'"
A tense silence filled the room.
Officer Verna raised an eyebrow, clasping her hands in front of her face. "Miserable?"
Thoth, in contrast, let out an exaggerated laugh. "That’s a first! Miserable, huh? That might explain why your Essence is crimson instead of golden. You might be the weakest challenger in the history of the Nine Realms."
Arthur’s jaw tightened. "So not only am I at the bottom of the barrel, but I’ve set a new low? Fantastic."
Despite his sarcasm, Arthur couldn’t help but feel a small pang of unease. If he truly was the weakest challenger, how was he supposed to survive?
Well it's Satan's new work so it will be good. I just hope that the updates will be constant this time.
Of course this is not a proper review. But just a preliminary observation. I would say it’s quite a nice book. The story beginning is generic but the writing quality is way better than what you can expect from others on this site. The 4 chapters has provided me enough intrigue to wait for the next one. Disclaimer: I have read the authors previous works and that’s one of the main reason I am very optimistic abt this book. I will try to keep updating this review in the comments, if I find any positives or negatives regarding this book.
Author has started wring NTR novels on alternate websites and it's likely that this novel will go the same way. Don't waste your time or money.
Had forgotten about satan for almost a year and thought I might have chapters stacked in his 2 novels. No more pain has barely gotten any update and the 2nd one has 19 new chapters in 7 months I left it. And top of that he started this new novel which will suffer the same fate most likely. Satan is a nice guy since he interact with the community and takes criticism, and a really good writer, but I would genuinely read a trash novel from a dickhead author but with consistent updates over Satan's novels that updates every 2-3 months with chapters so small and slow, some chapters have no dialog or anything even happening. I am not starting this new novels, only to get hooked on it but later get bamboozled with no updates. I will come back in like 5-6 months if I remember about it, hopefully this one gets treated better. All the best.
