Dungeon first floor

Ignatius and his party arrived at Mithrilen City. Their disguises were now well-known to the dwarven soldiers. Who watched their every move with suspicious eyes. "Keep your heads down," Ignatius murmured, pulling his hood further over his mask.

Luna clutched the map tightly, leading them through the bustling streets of the city. "The stairs leading down to the is ahead down that alley," she whispered, her eyes darting around to ensure they weren't followed.

Half an hour passed as they navigated the old city streets according to the map Emma had drawn. No goblins were lying in wait this time. The women were more relaxed as they talked about clothing and underwear. Ignatius followed his focus on his surroundings.

They made their way to a nondescript entrance in the middle of the city, descending into a sloping cavern.

"This place reminds me of a dungeon," Ignatius commented, his voice echoing off the walls.

Elysia shook her head. "Dungeons are usually found in forests or hidden valleys, not beneath cities like this."

As they ventured deeper, Christie halted, her eyes widening. "I saw a shadow. We need to be careful."

Without warning, shadow wraiths emerged from the darkness. Their ethereal forms haunt the corners of the cavern. Their whispers filled the air. Causing Luna to stumble and succumb to their maddening influence. Ignatius threw her over his shoulder. "We need to find a place to make a stand!" he shouted.

Christie and Elysia, unaffected by the wraiths' whispers, moved to defend the party as they ran. Christie spewed demonic fire at the wraiths. While Elysia's elongated nails slashed through their spectral forms. But the wraiths reformed as quickly as they were destroyed.

In a desperate move, Ignatius stretched out his hand. "Keep running!" he commanded. Concentrating, he activated his spectral flames. Rings of fire coalesced around his hand before bursting forth. Burning the wraiths with intense heat. Their wails echoed in the tunnel as they disintegrated.

Luna regained her sanity, her eyes filled with tears. "Thank you," she whispered, trembling.

As they caught their breath, the ground began to shake. Abyssal crawlers, large multi-legged monstrosities, emerged from the damp tunnels. Elysia cursed. "Their venomous bites cause paralysis."

Elysia's eyes narrowed. "Look out!" she shouted as flames danced in the distance. Flame imps mischievous and deadly, conjured fireballs and hurled them towards the party. Elysia jumped onto a rock engaging the nearest abyssal crawler.

"Elysia, handle the crawlers! Luna, Christie, take out those imps!" Ignatius ordered.

Elysia used her shadow step and mist form to dodge the abyssal crawlers. Her sword made short work of the creatures. Luna activated Swift Parry. Flicking the imps' fireballs aside while Christie spewed more demonic fire.

As they fought their way towards the library. The sound of stone grinding against stone reached their ears. Ignatius stopped dead in his tracks, Luna and Christie retreating to his side. Elysia appeared out of his shadow. "Level seven Stone Golems," she explained.

Zarkon had gifted her with appraising sight, one evening as Luna used her sword hilt on Elysia. "Massive, animated constructs made of rock. Slow but incredibly strong."

Ignatius stepped forward, his hand glowing with eldritch energy. "Everyone, cover your ears!" he commanded. Shooting an eldritch blast that punched a hole through the golem's head. The construct crumbled, but three more began to advance.

"Luna, pull him back!" Elysia shouted as she engaged the golems.

Luna grabbed Ignatius as a giant hand nearly crushed him. The golems fell, and their magic cores were destroyed. "I've played enough games to know where the cores are," Ignatius muttered. "They do not need me anymore he grumbled."

The path ahead was clear. The flame imps and abyssal crawlers had fled when the golems appeared. An eerie silence filled the first floor of the dungeon as they approached the library door. "We made it," Ignatius said, a sense of relief washing over him.

Luna looked at the symbols on the pedestal near the door. She had memorized the sequence. She touched each in order, and they lit up each in a different colour. The door to the library opened slowly, sounding like a stone being dragged over stone. Darkness lay before them. Luna touched Ignatius' hand, and Elysia held his arm, peering into the darkness.

"I can see in the dark, but this darkness..." Elysia said, her voice trembling.

Ignatius activated the orb, its light illuminating the area around them. Christie volunteered to lead. They walked into the darkened doorway. The light illuminated two meters in a circle around them. Huddled like sheep, they could see shelves of books in immaculate condition.

"Look how clean they are, almost like the day they were penned," Ignatius said in wonder. This was his dream come true.

A woman's voice echoed from the darkness. "You have twenty minutes in the library. You will teleport after that time without your books."

Ignatius could see that the bookshelves had books of the same colour. "Look for the shelf with black covers," he commanded.

"Two minutes remaining," the voice said.

Elysia spotted the bookshelf. They searched.

"Got it!" Luna yelled.

"Run!" Elysia yelled.

Ignatius bolted for the door, the ladies in the lead. "Thank you, voice in the shadows. Hope we meet again!" Ignatius yelled.

"Goodbye, Your Highness," the voice said, giggling.

"Say what?" Elysia asked.

Ignatius grinned as the door shut behind him. Elysia stared in disbelief.

"You're royalty?"

"Yes, Princess Elysia Bloodrose," Christie said, kissing her. Elysia and Luna were dumbstruck as they made their way towards the surface.

As they emerged into the alley in Mithrilen city. "Why didn't you tell us?" Elysia demanded, her eyes still wide with surprise.

Ignatius chuckled. "It wasn't exactly relevant until now."

Luna shook her head, trying to process the revelation. "So, what's next, Your Highness?"

Ignatius smiled. "Next, we decipher this book and uncover the secrets it holds. This could change everything."

The orb glowed next to Ignatius. The script appeared before him. "It's time," Christie shouted. She pushed Ignatius down straddling him in seconds. His pants were thrown to the side. Luna and Elysia pulled off panties and skirts. Then lay on their backs.

Ignatius read aloud. "You have reached level eleven."

Golden light enveloped them from above. The moaning lasted longer this time. Their moans echoed in the deserted alley.
