Obito Uchiha stood in the sky above Konoha, his expression cold.
"Rin... I'll make the whole world pay for what happened to you."
He slowly raised his hand, revealing a freshly extracted Nine-Tails sealed within his sleeve.
"Come on, Nine-Tails. Let's see if you're really as strong as they say."
In an instant, the tiny fox expanded into a massive beast, towering over the village. The only difference from the legends was the Sharingan in its eyes.
A deep growl rumbled from the beast's throat as a black energy sphere began forming in its mouth, condensing into a dense ball of destruction.
"Show these foolish Konoha shinobi your true power!"
With Obito's command, the Tailed Beast Bomb launched forward, erasing everything in its path.
---
Minato Namikaze arrived just in time to witness the destruction. His face darkened as he spotted the masked figure in the distance.
"Obito, stop this. There's no need for any more senseless killing."
Obito looked at his former teacher, memories flashing through his mind—missions under Minato's guidance, fighting alongside Kakashi and Rin. But those memories were tainted by betrayal, by Rin's death at Kakashi's hands, all because of the endless conflicts between villages.
"Sensei… do you really think this world is worth protecting?"
Instead of answering, he turned his gaze toward the burning village, the screams of the wounded filling the air.
"Fighting, destruction... Even if we keep killing, all that remains is hatred."
"So..." Obito locked eyes with Minato again. "I'll destroy this twisted world and create a new one."
A voice suddenly interrupted.
"Man, you sound like every edgy villain I've ever heard."
A figure flashed into existence beside Minato. At first, Minato tensed, but when he saw who it was, his wariness turned into a knowing sigh.
Xing Liu.
"You could blow up the whole world, but Rin isn't coming back," Xing Liu said, watching Obito's face twist in anger.
"Shut up! You don't understand anything!" Obito's voice cracked. "If it weren't for these damned villages fighting, Rin wouldn't have been taken... She wouldn't have died in front of me!"
Xing Liu sighed. "Wow, you really let Madara con you, huh?"
He already knew the truth—this entire mess was just part of Madara Uchiha's plan. And Obito was just another pawn.
Obito clenched his fists. "Sensei... and you, whoever you are. You're really going to stand in my way?"
Minato met his gaze without hesitation. But it was Xing Liu who spoke first.
"Dude, we're literally standing right in front of you. Are you dense?" He flicked his ear. "Look, I get you're in a whole revenge phase, but can we hurry this up? Your teacher's wife literally just had a baby."
"Enough talking!" Obito snapped.
The Nine-Tails' eyes spun with the Sharingan, and in an instant, the beast lunged at Xing Liu, its massive fist crashing down—
Or at least, it should have.
Instead, Xing Liu sighed and reappeared behind the beast in a blink.
"Seriously? Is that all you've got?"
The Nine-Tails roared, but before it could attack again, Xing Liu clapped his hands together. A wooden box materialized, sealing the massive fox inside.
"There. Now it won't cause any more trouble." He peered through a small opening in the box. "Much cuter like this."
Obito froze. "Who... Who the hell are you? How did you break my Sharingan's control over the Nine-Tails?!"
Xing Liu tilted his head. "Me? Oh, I'm just a passing-through Kamen Rider." He grinned. "So, you still wanna fight, or are you gonna run?"
Obito hesitated. He knew he couldn't take on both Minato and this unknown man. Without the Nine-Tails, his chances were even worse.
"Tch. I don't have time for this."
With that, his body distorted and vanished into his Kamui space.
Xing Liu let out a long breath. "Finally, the drama king is gone."
Minato clapped a hand on his shoulder. "Xing Liu, why are you here? I told you to stay with Kushina."
Xing Liu smirked. "Relax, she's fine. Mother and child are both safe."
"I even fixed the damage from losing the Nine-Tails," he added casually.
Minato looked skeptical, but when they arrived at the shrine, he saw Kushina cradling her newborn son, humming softly.
Xing Liu just smiled. "Told you."
