In front of everyone, Henry put on a brave face and officially wrote out an IOU for me. I was relieved that I had the presence of mind to secure that document.


When Mallory discovered the unexpected half-million dollar debt, she was so enraged she nearly collapsed.


Eventually, Henry had no alternative but to move into Mallory's family home.


I sold the house and engaged a legal representative to assist in recovering the debt. Then, I packed my belongings and embarked on my global adventure.


I later learned that Mallory and Nicole had a heated dispute at home, resulting in Nicole shoving Mallory, which led to her losing the baby.
