CHAPTER 12: TRAINING GROUND III

"Okay" Walt said after hearing Abiola's go ahead to go on with the fighting, he immediately dashed towards Alex, none of the others watching could really see where he was but within less than a second after dashing away he appeared right in front of Alex and was ready to land a heavy punch on his face, but then Alex was fast enough and he got out of the way as he shifted his head in the other direction and before Walt could recover and retrace back his steps, Alex moved quite faster and punched him straight in the face, the force of the punch was so heavy that it flung Walt in the air and he was just about to fall down but it seemed like his instincts told him that he was about to do so and the moment his back was about to hit the ground while his body was still in the air he suddenly placed his hands on the ground using them to push his body back up in the air as it saw him backflip and then land with both feet and one arm on the ground.

"That was amazing" Rick said after his mouth was wide open earlier as he was in shock,

"a lot more things are going to amaze you from now on then" Megan said as she wasn't carrying the same exciting expression on her face as Rick was.

Walt then aggressively charged towards Alex and the same thing happened, it was as if Alex could read and anticipate his next move as he wasn't able to land a single hit on him, Alex who looked to be putting in no effort at all was simply just blocking or dodging every single one of Walt's attack, but then after a series of what looked to be playing around with Walt he seemed to finally take the whole matter seriously as he kicked Walt hard on the belly immediately after dodging one from him, the velocity was immense as once again it sent Walt flying in the air and this time he couldn't save himself from falling on the floor as he landed with his back to the ground, he immediately sprang back up and looked at Alex who put a smirk on his face,

Walt then once again went at him aggressively and this time he moved faster than he did the previous times, he continued to throw punches and kicks at Alex but it seemed like they were of no use as Alex only kept dodging and blocking them, but Walt didn't look ready to give up just yet, he kept on going and giving it his best shot at Alex, they were moving at a really fast pace as the others who were watching them could barely see what was really happening, sometimes they would only see a flash of the two moving up and down the training ground the only time they could really tell if someone had taken a hit was when the two stopped going at each other only then would they separate and they would be able to see the hit victim.

After the fight had prolonged for so on and Walt had barely landed a bit on Alex, he was desperately eager to do so,

'I have to hit him, all this that I've been doing would just go down the drain if I'm unable to even land a punch' he thought to himself.

'What do I do, think Walt come on, okay just focus on his every move that way you should be able to land two or three blows, I don't have to win but this doesn't have to end in a flawless defeat' Walt then thought again, he then looked at Alex again who was still smiling awkwardly at him but he didn't let that throw him under the bus as he quickly charged at Alex, he threw a punch but just as Alex thought he had dodged it Walt then immediately retraced and then used his other hand to lunch Alex on the face, everyone looked surprised to see Alex fall to the floor, even Alex himself was shocked by the move Walt just made as it could be seen in his eyes even before he fell to the floor.

Alex then quickly got up and just like always he was still having that awkward and corky smile on his face,

he dusted off his clothes first before looking at Walt who didn't even have chill look on his face, he was nothing but serious, Alex who then seemed to be joking around then stopped smiling and he then charged at Walt for the first time, he went full force as his first punch was blocked but the one that immediately followed threw Walt on the floor, the moment Walt immediately got up a kick followed from Alex which saw him fall again, the next time he tried to stand up Alex didn't attack him as he watched him try to get up, he kept on nodding his head repeatedly waiting for Walt to get up, when he did get up he had a cut on his nose as there was also the slightest bit of blood there.

Walt cleaned off the blood as the cut also healed off, he then put an angry expression on as he charged at Alex, the dust from the ground rised up in the air because of how fast he moved and when he got closer to Alex he jumped in the air looking to be land a heavy punch which he did but Alex blocked it and once again unexpected Walt immediately followed with another punch hitting Alex on the face moving him away from there.

From here on in, the fight started to get more intense and entertaining as well as even as both parties looked to now be landing punches and kicks at each other, it wasn't like before anymore when Alex was finding it easy as this time Walt was bringing the fight to him, they kept at this and the others were clearly entertained by it that even Megan who had been sitting down stood up to get a better view of what was happening.

After a while of throwing punches and kicks at each other Walt started to get a little bit comfortable and excited as well Alex saw that and this time around he stood still as Walt threw a punch at him, the moment Walt's arm got closer he grabbed it turned him around in the air and landed him facedown to the ground, he then grabbed Walt by the neck and using one hand he turned Walt's head one way and then used his other hand to turn the neck the other instantly breaking his neck, Walt fell helplessly to the ground, while Rick gulped up his own spit in fear of what he had just seen.

"And Alex wins this round" Abiola then said.
