14.Three headed snakes

Sambh looked in the dark forest that was covered with the scary sound. The entire forest was full of darkness surrounding everywhere. He spoke in a soft voice," Amitabha! Why is this forest full of darkness."

Anyone could starve to death in such a dense forest. His legs slowly moved the dried leaves. He lifted the light from his hand in the air to see his way out from there. He somehow managed to live in such a dense forest.

he walked ahead managing his way out from there. He slowly moved towards the forest. He stepped in the tertiary roots that was covering and flattered everywhere. He managed to leave himself from there.

" Is this forest haunted. Why am I feeling that some snakes are crawling just behind me."

He spoke to himself as he could hear some huge sound reaching his ears crawling just behind him. He slowly took his light back to see what it was, but he found that there was nothing. The entire forest was silent.

" Why did the sound stop all of a sudden? Is it because that I am holding this fire in my hand or something else."

He again looked back and watched the dried leaves on the floor that was moved aside leaving the ground naked. He managed to talk to himself but was aware that some snakes were just following him. The marks on the ground were totally neat.

He looked the huge giant marks as if some huge animals were following him. The mark was so big that it would be very hard to hide in those broad daylight but was possible in these woods. He lifted his torchlight above in air to see.

Sambh concluded," There must be a huge number of snakes living nearby it." It has moved from the earth leaving it empty as they have passed from here. If some animals would have passed from here, then the leaves would have been broken and swept away.

"Is there anyone who can help me to reach outside from here." Sambh looked towards his path and walked ahead but it was quite irritating for him since the voice of crawling appeared again. It was huger that the snake was right behind him. However, he didn't look back and moved ahead crossing on plants and another.

"I wonder who is joking with me." 

He probably never knew that such huge giant snake was surely going to devour in a bite. He didn't look but was startled. Then he reached near a huge trail of roots hanging on the trees. He moved out from there as he picked up himself, but he could barely see any lands there. The only things that he could see there was webbed roots spread like a net.

"Why are there no grounds here? How am I going to move ahead?" 

He covered himself in the questions that there was no one to answer him. The entire forest was filled with silence. He leaned down on his knees touching the ground. He kept the firelight just near the ground and looked ahead in the dungeon.

"Is there anyone?"

There filled the entire dungeon in echo as it covered his ears with his voice. He was sure about that the dungeon was very deep that if he will fall in it then he was surely going to die. He looked back at the dark forest that was totally weird. He was not sure that where he was going but he was just walking. 

" It seems that if I have to go outside from this forest then I must need to walk from these webbed roots."

He stepped ahead on the roots and started to walk slowly. He kept on moving slowly. At the meantime, he was reminded of that weird sound following him. It had totally disappeared from there.

" It seems that no one is following me." 

He looked back to walk ahead but his eyes met with huge serpent just hanging right near him from the trees. It was very huge like the trees there with its two head glowing in the fire as his firelight approached it. He screamed.

"Ehhhhh....."

He felt from there in the deep inside the dungeon breaking the roots there. He started to fall down slowly but he was caught at the middle in the thin air by the snake.

" Ha Ha Ha....." 

The snakes laughed as the entire forest filled with its sinister laughter. The snake looked back and spoke laughing," I had heard that a time traveller will appear, and he will destroy the entire era. It looks that he can rarely protect itself."

Sambh spoke," I am not the one whom you are searching. There must be some misunderstanding between us." 

Sambh spoke in decent voice without panic. He managed to cover his fear easily and tried to move his body from there but was already in control. He tried a lot to free himself from there but couldn't. He looked at its glowing eyes as the snake took out its tongue in and out coming closer, but Sambh hit its mouth with the firelight making it furious.

"It's so sweet of you."

As Sambh hit it with its light, then the snake holds the torchlight in its one mouth and threw it from there. The light vanished in the deep dungeon as the darkness devoured its light away. He was totally defenceless.

He asked," Why do you want to kill me?" It was the question that was hunting him from the beginning, but he had none to answer it in such a strange world. He managed to console himself out for relief.

The snake replied," once we had time traveller and he warned us about the time traveller who will destroy the entire race of here. whatever he had told, everything happened." there was silence everywhere as he spoke.

At the meantime, the other head that was sleeping for a long time woke up and spoke," brother, I just dreamt that we had caught a time traveller." It paused and spoke," we were promoted to royal hunter squad from the best snakes' categories."

Sambh didn't know what they were speaking about as he asked," may I know what you will take to free me?" Sambh had no clue about himself, nor he ever wanted that why he was being hunted too. He tried to free himself.

The other snake looked at Sambh and spoke," here is a time traveller. I am sure that our boss will award us with a very huge reward." Both of the heads kept on staring at Sambh as it laughed with a sinister.

Sambh was quite suffocated as the snake was binding him too tightly with its body as its tail was hanging in the trees near it. Sambh eyes caught the tree branches, but it was too far from his reach. He asked," do you have some name?"

He paused and asked again," may I know that where are you taking me." There was absolute in his voice that he was totally helpless that he was sure about that he was going to die now. Maybe it was his destiny.

The snake crawled outside from the dungeon and reached on the ground. One of the head spoke," We are Trimura." the snake voice was quite pale as it replied to mocking Sambh," You should know where you are going now."

Sambh replied hearing him out for a while. It was first time that he had left the monastery totally unaware of the outside world. He recalled those days and spoke with laughing in a low voice," so you have three heads." He finished his words in a short.

"You are right." The snake replied dragging its tail out somewhere in the ground then started to climb the trees for a while. Sambh looked in a shock hearing his voice.

He asked," Why is there only two heads with you then." Sambh paused and added with a smile," did someone chopped off your third head. It was his first time that he was totally unaware of the situation."

Trimura hissed hearing him laughing. It was surely shocked that how could someone laugh when he was being dragged by his right along with him. It was the main reason that Sambh was so calm that his death was walking along with him.

" You must be curious that where are we taking you away from here." Trimura spoke," This forest leads us to the most feared city of here, its Parasite Island." Trimura managed to crawl down the tree and reached the ground untying Sambh.

They probably Knew that Sambh was not going to run away from there. Trimura spoke," one of our brothers is in home. Since we can easily separate each other from the main body, we travel different place at same time. It's just that we can't stay longer from each other for a long time."

Trimura paused for a while and spoke," once we sacrifice you to the sacrificial ritual of tomorrow night then our god will revive slowly."
