Chapter 33 Memory

Anazitis walked through the academy, wandering before he sit under his favorite place , under the tree he started to whispering to himself,

"That halfling kid wants to help me but why. It would be great if we became friends he added and smile on his face..."

But he slapped his face lightly.

"No. Focus. I need to focus on that moment stop day dreaming me collec your thoughts. I won't give up. I will continue my village's legacy it's should not end like this that what matters the most."

He looked up at the leaves swaying above.

"I need to figure out what Grandma meant... and what Uncle meaning when he saved me and brought me to the Academy, what in the academy exactly, what i need to understand

The sadness i carry on my heart about my village, must come to an end. I'll will honor there's memory. I'll carry on their legacy with me to the,Eternal Happiness."

A memory flashed—his grandma sitting in the treehouse in the middle of their peaceful village.

The village looked like a giants trees, but inside were houses, protected by a strong spell.

"Look, Anazitis," his grandma had said. "Do you know how to summon Fysi?"

Anazitis smiled proudly. "Of course, Grandma! I'm the smartest boy in school just ask i answer you!"

An old man sitting nearby to them chuckled. "That's because you're the only kid in that school, haha there no one else there, of course your the Smartes he added and smile on his face maybe your Smarter than the walls ."

Anazitis stuck his tongue out. "You need to collect all the books. Then you can summon it that how you should do it, every one knows that!"

His grandma shook her head. "But you can't just collect all the Books of Foundation in the world.

There are still so many unknown books, so many mystery. Some books No one has ever seen them or have any information about them, how you going to find them."

She leaned in and whispered, "There's a trick our village has been studying and developing... You need to summon the books, then you can summon fysi simple isn't i can't believe why i didn't think of it at Younger age."

The old man added, "You didn't understand this trick until you become an old sack of bones, i sometimes think of how,it's would be great if we understand that fact a little younger, there a few things you just understand it when you didn't need it anymore ."

Grandma grinned. "take it easy Nobody knows old hidden tricks better than this old lady—not even that old destroyer i pet he even didn't think of that."

The old man laughed. "You mean that old man? He's even older than us and still getting stronger. Haha we didn't see him on a while!"

Anazitis interrupted, his young voice eager. "So how do I summon the books ?"

But the memory faded. His voice turned hollow.

"I can't remember clearly... It's like my mind is protecting me—forcing me to forget. I need time to recover from the damage I've been through ."

He gritted his teeth. "Do I need to become an old man like them to remember it?"

He closed his eyes.

"But... I think I heard a rumor. Two boys in the Academy said something about something in the forest connected to Fysi.

Maybe if I find it... it will help me remember. Maybe that's why Uncle brought me here in the first place Alot of questions but no answers ."

Slowly, with a tired and aching body, he stood.

"I need to go to the forest... Exactly in the ruins section. I might find something there, something they didn't see it but i can."

He started walking, step by step.

Halfy watched him from a distance.

"Why is he walking that way? Does he think he doesn't need food or something, idiot take care of yourself you barely can walk..."

He sighed.

"My kind heart... I can't just ignore someone in need. He wants to be saved—but how do I help him?"

He stood. "Let's just follow him for now."

Anazitis reached the ruins.

Old broken stones surrounded him, with ancient writing carved deep into them.

Weird small statues stood around—some smiling, some crying, some fighting.

Anazitis stared at them, confused.

He sat down on a stone chair. "I'll rest a bit. I'll wait for the sun to fall… and then I'll investigate and see what they did not ."

But sleep claimed him.

He drifted off, not knowing what was waiting for him in that ruins.
