Julia's Perspective
I recollected that evening when I had reached out to Darren for assistance, only to be met with his furious shouting. Three individuals had entered the residence under cover of darkness. They hadn't forced their way in; Tamara had willingly let them inside.
Upon regaining consciousness, I discovered myself bound to a table in the lavatory.
"Look who's finally awake," Tamara's malicious voice rang out as I stirred.
"What... what's happening?" I inquired, disoriented and scanning the bathroom.
She flashed a cruel grin.
"My, how pathetic you've become," she jeered. "Your partner wants nothing to do with you over something you're completely blameless for."
I knitted my brows, puzzled by her words.
"Indeed, I ended his mother's life. I had access to his key since he spent so much time with me, making it simple to enter your home and alter her medicine," she confessed smugly.
