Ryker came in and sat close to Me. I avoided his gaze focusing mine on the elder.

"What's going on between you too."

"Nothing!" I replied immediately without thinking twice.

"Please, elder, you can continue with what you were about to tell her earlier."

The elder looked at me as if waiting for me to give him a response of the go-ahead, so I nodded, and then he continued.

"Many years ago there was a legend, a story that broke out" he paused as if waiting for us to take in what he had just said.

His gaze rested on me "The same thing you just told me was the same as the moon keeper of those days told the elders then."

"What exactly is the thing, I told you so many things."

"You know, when you said it, I told you that you were the one who opened the door for it."

"Are you saying it told the moonkeeper the same thing?"
