Next Stop: Goblins' Village!

Celina saw the blue box floating in front of her and her eyes widened in shock. It was just what she wanted. But, to use 10,000 unlucky points to unlock the light attribute...

'It's worth it'

'Yes!'

She answered without hesitation

Ding!

{Light magic: Unlocked (High)}

She had finally obtained what she had long desired. She wasn't able to unlock it herself, but thanks to the system, she's able to.

She placed her hand over his injured, red shoulder, recalling the words the healer would mumble whenever she wanted to cast their magic.

"Heal!" She whispered.

That familiar green light that shone whenever the healer healed her injuries came, but hers was brighter.

Eira's eyes widened in shock.

After trying for over a month, she was finally able to use it.

Everyone was surprised to see a human able to use light magic. It was indeed a rare sight. Some elves present there couldn't use it at all.

Clyde felt the pain in his hand fading, till it vanished within five seconds. His swollen and red shoulder disappeared and went back to normal. He gripped the sword and gave it a test swing.

"It's... back to normal," he said in disbelief.

Eira cried as she wrapped her hands around Clyde's body. James and Freddie also stood there frozen, uncertain of how to react. They had treated Celina terribly, calling her a monster and even pushing her, yet she had still healed him.

"Congratulations, Celina. You're finally able to use it" Eira mumbled before pressing a soft kiss to her forehead.

"Thank you, master" she replied, touching her forehead with her small hand.

She took a step back and staggered slightly. No one was able to notice how weak she became.

{HP: 50/100}

{MP: 45/100}

Using light magic had drained her health points and magic points significantly. But, whenever she used other magic, it never reduced this much.

'If it's like this, I'll never be able to heal lord Aetherius at this rate'

She thought.

She looked up, seeing how they were all happy and chatting. It's as if she doesn't fit in.

As she grew older, she wished to complete her training and finally leave the Lost City. After all, she's a monster.

While they were having their moment, she quietly slipped away, leaving the elves' village.

Her next stop was the goblins' village.

That's where her next training was.

As she headed to the village, she asked herself what she'd be able to learn from the Goblins. They are just ugly, green creatures with long noses, known for their extremely good skill with daggers.

Yet, as she approached the village, she couldn't feel a single soul in the village.

Her sense stat was 82, yet, she couldn't detect a single soul.

She moved cautiously toward one of the houses and pushed the door open. It creaked ominously.

"You... Who are you?"

A deep voice rumbled behind her, accompanied by a massive shadow looming over her.

She flinched and spun around, unable to breathe properly.

She wasn't able to sense him behind her until he spoke. She looked behind and saw a huge goblin, with his arms full of freshly hunted rabbits.

Her eyes flickered to the pile of cute lifeless creatures at his feet before meeting his gaze.

"I'm here to... train," she said firmly, trying to act strong.

"Blue house"

"Huh?" She asked.

"Blue house. Chief" he clarified.

"Ah! Thank you"

She quickly slipped out of his way and started looking for the blue house.

After wandering through the village, she finally found the blue house. She heaved a breath of relief as she knocked on the door.

A familiar ugly green face walked out. She remembered it was one of them who tried to eat her when she was a baby.

"Ah! My lunch is finally here" he sneered, licking his lips as he reached out for her.

"I'm here to train!" She snapped.

He froze and withdrew his hand.

"Ah! You're now six years old, aren't you?" He asked.

Celina hesitated before averting her gaze. She didn't realise her birthday had passed since she was so busy with her training. Eira, who celebrated her birthday every year had also forgotten.

"I believe so" she responded.

"Come in. You have a lot to learn" he said and walked into the house.

Celina didn't want to go into his house, so she wouldn't be seen as his Lunch, but she went in. The interior looked averagely normal for a goblin chief's house.

"You've learnt magic, haven't you?" He asked, finding a place to sit.

"Yes, except for earth and wind magic" she answered, standing far away from him.

"I believe the trolls will teach you earth magic. I don't know about wind. While you're here, you'll learn stealth skills, increase your agility and also learn to survive in dark environments," The goblin listed, counting his fingers.

"Is the last one necessary?" Celina tilted her head.

"Yes, it is. Lord Aetherius told me to teach you everything, so keep quiet and learn it all. While you train, you'll go to the forest to hunt to increase your agility and other skills. And also, you must do that so the other goblins don't see you as a meal"

"Sure, I'll make sure I do that" she averted her gaze. If that one is necessary, she'll make sure never to skip it at all. She can't afford to look like an appetizer in front of these goblins.

"My wife will take you to your room, make sure you rest up and start training tomorrow. I'll arrange for some weapons for you"

'Wife?'

Celina turned and saw a goblin behind her. She looked different from the chief. She had long hair and something on her chest...

'Are those breasts real? I've never seen a female goblin before. I also didn't notice she was behind me all this time. Maybe learning stealth skills from them wouldn't be so bad after all'

She smiled at the goblin chief.

"Thank you!" She said and followed the female goblin inside.

"You're Celina, aren't you? I've heard a lot about you"

"Ah! Thank you, ma'am" Celina played with her fingers as she followed her.

"Call me Blin. My husband's name is Fizzle"

Celina nodded. Fizzle. There's no way she'll forget that name. She glanced over her shoulder and saw him admiring some daggers.

'It was going to be a long month.'
