Kieran and his team found themselves pinned down by The Shadow's operatives. Bullets whizzed past their heads, and they knew they had to act fast.

"Ada, can you hack into the building's security systems?" Kieran shouted into his comms device.

Ada's voice crackled back. "Already on it!"

Suddenly, the lights in the room flickered and died. The Shadow's operatives hesitated, momentarily blinded.

Kieran took advantage of the distraction. "Now's our chance!" he shouted to his team.

They made a break for the door, returning fire as they went. Emily's sister was dragged along, her eyes wide with fear.

As they burst out of the building, Kieran's team found themselves in the midst of a chaotic firefight. The Shadow's operatives were everywhere, and it seemed like the whole city was under attack.

Kieran's eyes locked onto a black van speeding towards them. "That's our ride!" he shouted.

The team leapt into the van, bullets whizzing past their heads. As they sped away from the scene, Kieran knew they had to get to the bottom of The Shadow's plans.

But for now, they just had to survive.
