Lucy New Plan

Lucy left the house, and Lisa watched her go, shaking her head. "There's something wrong with that woman," she muttered.

At MII, Rose greeted her with a polite smile. "How was your day, Miss Lucy?"

Lucy sighed. "I saw you at home. Why are you here?"

Titan stepped forward. "Julian sent us. He doesn't trust you."

Lucy raised an eyebrow. "Did I ask you, Titan?"

Titan hesitated. "No, Miss Lucy."

"Don't call me Miss Lucy. Call me 'sis.'"

Rose blinked in shock. "What?"

Lucy smirked. "She's like a sister, and you… you're more like my brother's dog. You follow him without question."

Rose clenched her hand into a fist, thinking, I wish I could just slap her.

Lucy tilted her head. "Why are you holding your hand like that? Are you thinking of slapping me?"

Rose quickly shook her head. "No."

Lucy scoffed. "Don't lie to me. People who lie make themselves a problem. Are you a problem, Rose?"

Rose exhaled. "No."

Lucy smiled. "Now, tell me the truth."

Rose hesitated before admitting, "Yes, I was going to slap you."

Lucy chuckled. "Thank you. Now, where is Titan's room?"

Rose stiffened. "I can't tell you."

Lucy leaned closer. "Rose, you know me. Now show me."

Rose sighed and pointed to a small door. "It's that one. The one that looks like a one-bedroom."

Lucy stared at it. "The most important room in MII looks like that? Smart."

Rose straightened up. "Thank you."

Lucy smirked. "I wasn't calling you smart."

Rose frowned. "Did you do this?"

"Yes."

Lucy nodded. "You are smart… for a dog."

Rose took a deep breath, controlling her irritation.

Lucy entered the room. It was filled with pictures—Julian, Titan, and Rose.

She turned to Rose. "Why are all these pictures here?"

Rose shifted uncomfortably. "Titan took them. She sees me as her sister… and Julian as her big brother."

Lucy studied the photos for a moment, then shrugged. "Okay, that's all."

Rose frowned. "That's it?"

Lucy nodded. "I'm done."

"You got what you needed?"

Lucy's smirk returned. "Yes. Today, there will be drama."
