Maureen looked at Liam once again, and he showed a displeased expression when she looked at him.

" Maureen was pretty sure that the reason for his low spirits these past few days might indeed have something to do with her.

"After he got a cold, I even went to his house to give him medicine.

Was he angry because I visited his house without asking first, thereby intruding on his privacy?"

Josephine: "Hardly likely. Although I don't know much about Liam, it seems he isn't that kind of person.

He seems to quite care about you. Why don't you try asking him?"

Maureen: "If I could get an answer by asking him, I wouldn't be taking the risk of getting caught by the class teacher, texting you now."

Josephine strangely felt like she was advising a confused and upset boyfriend.

She shook her head quickly to dispel this weird idea.
