Phoenix:
The room got quiet as Raph stood there looking guilty. I was only kidding.
I knew he had a past, and as long as he could be open and honest with me, I was fine with it.
I didn't exactly have the room to feel upset over his past.
"I planned to talk to you about a few things, Phoe," Raph sighs as his mom shakes her head.
"It's okay, mate. We can talk before bed." I smile at him, feeling his relief.
By now, we are all sitting in the entryway, which is as big as, if not bigger than, my parents' house alone.
"I knew Raph was a king but damn girl," Zeph whispers in my ear from behind me.
The floors are marble and somehow spotless. Three large glass chandeliers illuminate the space.
"This reminds me of Beauty and the Beast," I whisper back to her as Raph tugs my hand.
