Gilbron's Near Unstoppable Combo

"Alright then it's my turn, I draw," Gilbron uttered, picking the newest card on the top of his deck.

From the spectator side, Lorina clouded her face with a boiling annoyance as she continued to observe the ongoing match. It intrigued Casmine to steer her glance toward her twin sister and crossed her arms briefly, letting out a pitch cough, attempting to engage in a jolly conversation.

"Why in the world they must announce that they drew cards, giving a warning about their dangerous unit, and repeatedly shoving their posing hands?" Lorina ranted, groaning in annoyance. 

Casmine giggled, "To make the game much more fun I guess?"

"To be fair, Gilbron only followed what Viscable did in this game," Casmine clarified, rubbing her chin. "Usually, Gilbron didn't talk much whenever he asked me to have a short sparing match."

"Back to the main topic, it was an amazing effort he prepared two spell cards to stop the deadly combo in the last turn," Casmine complimented, centering her proud furrow toward The Young Man before suddenly she showed her gloomy expression when turning her attention to Viscable.

Casmine exhaled the burdensome air from her throat, "Gilbron is now relying on one card that could secure the win."

"However, I'm afraid his opponent was able to finish him quickly," Casmine exclaimed worriedly.

Lorina raised her eyebrows and murmured, "Wait, wait, so Gilbron has one card to score a win easily, but there is some complicated requirement?"

"In summary, yes, Lorina," Casmine answered with bitterness consuming her lungs. "Gilbron, I hope you can complete the requirement as fast as possible"

On the ongoing card match, Gilbron picked up his newest drawn card to glimpse at the sky and temporarily opened his captivated snicker. Gdark suspiciously gritted as he fixated his anticipative look toward The Young Man, perceiving one gem in his foe's mana zone splintered into unreachable pieces.

"You put me in a tight spot, Viscable," Gilbron professed, pleasantly chuckling and revolving the card on his clutches that shone the brimming flashes. Because of that, I must pay one mana to cast this spell card."

"Majestic Draw," Gilbron stated, dumping the card into his null zone. "This spell card allows me and my opponent to draw three more cards."

After the newest spell card completely sank the null zone, the two Cardvalion players drew three more cards from the top and added them into their hands. The Young Man exhaled a gladful sigh when he chose one of the newest cards that gleamed a radiating orange aura from its back.

"Then, I shall pay all of my remaining mana to summon one card that can give me even more chance to win this game," Gilbron remarked, loudening his voice when darting the right side and hurling the shining card upward. 

Gilbron happily grinned and chanted, "Blaze the dark forces and bless the unwitting strength of your allies."

"March forward to the battlefield, United Enforcer Dragon!!" The Young Man shouted vigorously, slamming the card on the left field and ascending the blazing orange wave that clawed the above area of the board.

A sonorous roar echoed into Gdark's ears, witnessing the silhouette winged figure freely fly from the inside of the orange wave. The winged figure valiantly spread it's further and shrunk the wave until it completely vanished, declaring the grand debut of a humongous who trumpeted its roaring voice.

Concisely, Gilbron's newest unit, United Enforcer Dragon flew down and landed on the right field with its clawed legs made from the ivy plant-like surface, standing like an elephant. Gdark winced when he scowled at the true appearance of the unit: a dragon with its green deer-like head shelved by the shiny bronze helmet, a lavender elongated snake that hanged horde of the black-bladed swords from up to down, spinning violet water-like surface enfolded its entire body and the wide jade angel wings that were continuously fluttering.

"Although this unit didn't have the best stats as it only had 9000 attack points, 8000 defense points, and 2 critical points, United Enforcer Dragon possesses a couple of astounding effects!" Gilbron mentioned eagerly.

"So let's begin with the first effect," Gilbron declared the beginning phase of his unit specialty. 

"When this unit was summoned and there was a unit card on the opponent field, it allowed me to restore three of my mana," Gilbron added.

The Dragon fired off the mash of violet and jade blast that was being directed above, exploding into the partying firework on the board. Afterward, The Dragon shut its mouth and shrunk the firework blast without any traces left, regenerating three gems within the empty slots of his mana zone.

"With the three mana having been restored, I activate this special spell card," Gilbron remarked, flipping up the spell card with the artwork of the twin golden orb discharging the electrifying explosion. 

"I paid two mana to cast, Aliogram Scouting!!" Gilbron raised his voice, fracturing the two gems into untraceable remains within his mana zone and throwing the spell card into his active null zone.

The Young Man smirked and explained, "When there is a unit on the field, I can fill up the remaining fields by summoning two Aliogram Troopers from the deck."

A pair of white flashes separately shone from the middle and the bottom of Gilbron's deck as he freed his palm, coming from the next chosen cards. Afterward, the flashes dimmed its brightness when the cards glided away from the deck that automatically shuffled as if there was an entity holding it.

The two cards were neatly gripped by Gilbron's other hands, hurling the card that fled into the empty fields. Enlightening yellow wormholes soared through The Young Man's fields, provoking Gdark to groan in deep frustration. His watchful eyes even captured the glimpse of two yellowish silhouettes leaping out from the wormholes that imminently shrunk down into nothing.

Gdark cautiously frowned at the two units on his opponent's field who shared the exact appearance as if they were twins. More precisely, the units he centered his attention on were yellowish orbs being implanted by the enwrapping light-grey metal on its entire surface and maintained the lengthened black crab hands, omitting the boiling smoke within the clutches of their claws.

"Aliogram Troopers might only have 3000 attack points, 2000 defense points, and 2 critical points, but there is still more surprise coming," The Young Man mentioned enthusiastically, pinning his sight toward United Enforcer Dragon."

"I activate United Enforcer Dragon's second effect!!" Gilbron announced boldly. "Whenever units are being summoned to the fields, they will gain 3000 points on the attacks and defenses."

The Dragon rapidly rotated from left to right, glossing over at the Aliogram before embarking the azure blue aura within its rigid eyes. Radiating blueish rays soared beneath the two fields, touching the two orbs and unfurling into the navy blue swarms shrouding the Aliogram Troopers. Spirited screeches cried out from The Troopers when the swarms dwindled, feeling its body more flexible as they non-stoply spun their crab claws.

"So your troopers have 6000 attacks and 5000 defense?" Gdark uttered, rubbing the edge of the card in the middle. "This is quite annoying since they are enough to destroy Eradicator Nomad."

Gilbron giggled, "My Aliogram troopers are not only used to finish off your Eradicator Nomad."

"Instead, they can grant a great boost of power for United Enforcer Dragon," The Young Man uttered boldly, spotting the two units who siphoned the wave of golden sparks from their crab claws' clutches.

"I activate both Aliogram Troopers effects!!" Gilbron spoke assertively. "Each of them can give 5000 boosts for attack and even defense points to one unit in the field."

"And all the power boost will be given United Enforcer Dragon," The Young Man added, encouraging Aliogram Troopers to turn their sights toward The Dragon who raised its neck and stoically roared on his entire field.

All the golden sparks were vacuumed into United Enforcer Dragon's starving mouth, temporarily shimmering the amber gleams within its eyes. At last, all remains of the sparks sunk deeply into The Dragon's mouth, closing its fang in satisfaction and fixating its stare on Eradicator Nomad who lifted its broken sword. The two Aliogram Troopers rested their clawed hands, locking their sights on the lone unit on the opponent's field.

"With the spectacular power boost being received, United Enforcer Dragon attack point becomes 19000," The Young Man mentioned, wrapping his left fist shortly and shimmering more orange aura through his back. 

"My dragon now has an overwhelming strength to wipe out your Nomad, but there is still unexplored potential within it," Gilbron stated, igniting the confidence within his thought as he displayed another card he currently picked on.

The last gems within The Young Man's mana zone wiped out its physical traces especially with him throwing the newest spell card into his null zone. More concisely, the spell card brightly maintained the artwork of the mixture of red and blue comets falling from the lunar sky.

"I paid my last mana to cast a spell card, Toppling Comets," The Young Man uttered boldly, shoving his opened palm forward and pressing his keen eyebrows toward Gdark who suddenly widened his shocked jaw. 

"This spell card grants 5000 attack power to one of the units in my field," Gilbron explained, pointing his fingers toward United Enforcer Dragon who screamed its voluminous roar again. 

"And of course, I chose United Enforcer Dragon to gain the power boost." The Young Man mumbled.

The Dragon soared its fluttering wings, blowing the massive gale that quivered Eradicator Nomad's standing position. Rain of mashed red and blue comets descended and headed into United Enforcer Dragon rested its wings, freeing its starving mouth that gushed the storming wind.

The wind dragged the rest of the comets to plummet into The Dragon's open mouth, swallowing all of them at once. Nonetheless, United Enforcer Dragon sealed its jaw and kindled the crimson and blue flames on its feet, feeling the side effect of the comets reacting into its stomach.

"Wait a second your dragon now has 20000 attack points? Which means you can activate its final effect!!?" Gdark guessed in stammering disbelief after he grasped the clear realization of his foe's unit.

Gilbron delightfully lifted his thumb and winked, "Oh you are so right, mighty Viscable."

"When United Enforcer Dragon reaches 20000 attack points, I can raise its critical points to 10," Gilbron said avidly.

The Dragon cried out its meticulous again and flapped its wing to hover, sprinkling the sense of anxiousness within Gdark. Fixating on the dragon even quivered Gdark's holding hand, inspecting the remaining card on his hands. He even glowered at the Aliogram Troopers who drove their claws upward.

'I have no choice but to let Eradicator Nomad be destroyed by those trooper cards,' Gdark exclaimed, swallowing a little bit of his saliva when he eyed one card in his hand that was located on the edge left.

Gdark bowed his head and groaned, I must cast this counterspell card when that overwhelming dragon declares his attack.

'No wonder United Enforcer Dragon sold at a very high price because that unit has one of the craziest effects. 'One unit that can boost its ally and turn itself into a deadly critical machine.' 

Casmine who remained observing the war, slowly expressed her optimism by broadening her smile and constantly sighing before she gripped her chest. However, Lorina only colored her entire face with a bewildered look at the intense match, furrowing her eyebrows the further she glanced at The Young Man.

"What just happened right now, Casmine?" Lorina asked, filling the confusion within her voice.

Casmine sniggered, "Gilbron is about to deal a lot of life point damage toward his opponent. Finally, he could catch up."

A momentum to land a consecutive assault toward his opponent was initiated by Gilbron pointing his fingers at the majestic dragon. His gesture beckoned the two Aliogram Troopers to hop away from their current position, fulminating the thundering orbs within their claws and heaving their arms.

"Aliogram Troopers now it's time for you to finish Eradicator Nomad from ever stepping foot in this field ever again!" Gilbron insisted.

The Aliogram Troopers simultaneously impelled their crab-clawed hands below, launching two vortex-like blasts to the opponent unit who frustratedly swung its sword. No effort to fight occurred due to the blasts spearing through Eradicator Nomad's chest that dripped a couple of blood, uncontrollably loosening the grip on its sword.

The twin blast would fade out when the troopers withdrew their clawed hands, obtaining the clean scenery of Eradicator Nomad being deconstructed into ashes and throwing the card into the null zone. Instead of sinking deeper into the sorrow, Gdark held his stoic anticipation toward The Dragon who funneled the jade blazes within its fang.

"Now it's your turn United Enforcer Dragon, go attack your opponent directly with your overwhelming critical," Gilbron commanded.

The command of its master convinced the United Enforcer Dragon to roll its head to the right heavily, gathering more blazes within its fang. Hence, The Dragon directed its stammering head into his foe and loosed the massive jade blasting wave from its wide-opened mouth for hopefully impacting a devastating life point damage.
