Opening For A Duel Between Shadow and Explosion

A blistering bluish portal materialized in the middle of the realm filled with navy blue mist on the amber sky above. The portal imminently vomited Don Golzulin from its dept alongside The Ace Duelist, who smoothly hovered above him by blasting the large wave of the magenta particles.

Afterward, Viscable thrust his levitating down to land on the ground smoothly, crossing his arms and locking his disgruntled glare toward The Shadowy Figther. Don Golzulin got up from the solidified pitch-black pond and heedfully darted his stare toward The Ace Duelist, emanating the wild shadow strings on the middle of the twin pillars tightly patching on his back.

"You're lucky, I'm not here to crush you, Nightmare of Anthonian," The Ace Duelist assured, floating and tilting his head above, glimpsing the presence of the three shadowy figures standing on the levitating holographic balcony.

Don Golzulin grunted and demanded, "What is your intention bringing me here, Magenta Armored man?"

"To put it simply, you're going to face someone after the most," Viscable answered, fleeing slowly to the balcony's direction.

"Is Pendoswing here, young man?" The Shadowy Figther asked curiously, rubbing his left arm as he pointed his stare to the balcony and took a few steps backward especially when he noticed a shadowy silhouette of a man walking forward.

The Ace Duelist nodded, "Precisely."

"Although I wanted to crush you by my hand, sadly I'm only here to comply with Pendoswing's deal," The Ace Duelist clarified, peeking at Don Golzulin's shadowy eyes and groaning.

"Also, it's useless to read my mind, Nightmare of Anthonian," Viscable warned, engulfing his beating heart with the pitch-black flame.

The Shadowy Fighter frowned his surprised gaze after realizing his telepath couldn't breach Viscable's mind. He bowed his head and diminished the flowing energies within his eyes, encouraging him to cross his hand. Regardless, Don Golzulin pressed his eyebrows to observe The Ace Duelist, exhaling a couple of sore breaths.

'This young man has telepathic block too,' Don Golzulin thought, observing at The Ace Duelist who hopped onto the balcony and gave a nodding gesture toward the man. 'Even without reading his mind, he seems a dangerous hero too.'

The Shadowy Fighter widened his shadowy eyes, Also I sensed two people here and none of… them, belong to Pendoswing.

Don Golzulin cautiously moved back, Instead, they are the well-known succubus twin. One of the twins is the same woman who rescued and awakened me from my sleep. It seems nowadays, everyone else has a powerful mental block.

The Ace Duelist gazed at the anticipative Don Golzulin, turning his sight to the female figures who walked out from the darkness of the balcony gateway. They were revealed to be Casmine and Lorina, fueling the bitterness within Viscable as he hushedly grumbled. Then, The Ace Duelist rotated his stare toward the man in the center who was none other than the enthralled Gilbron, clapping his hand and smiling.

"I cannot wait to fight The Nightmare of Anthonian himself," Gilbron said, embarking the orange flares throughout his clothes.

"And from what I have seen so far, he was a cautious type of guy," The Young man added, smirking.

Gilbron mashed his fist and uttered, "Making him a more interesting prey to duke it out, Mighty Viscable."

"I only let you face him so you can show me your power," The Ace Duelist mentioned, marking his finger and raising his voice. "You better not hold back against him, annoying cosmic being."

"If possible show the same power that defeated the current Triumph Makers!" Viscable demanded. "Including the one you used against, Prila."

Casmine sighed, "He is not wrong I knew you tried to test your basic power, but you should show your full potential when Don Golzulin got a slight upper hand."

"Alright, Casmine, thank you for the suggestion," The Young Man said, swiping his hand to the left and disintegrating the flames alongside his cloth. It unveiled his well-built, yet thin body, and wore only orange underwear, also leaving his pendulum necklace to wrap his neck.

Lorina chortled and grinned, "And don't forget, Gilbron, give the Golzulin bastard a literal taste of fear."

"Understood, Lorina" Gilbron replied relaxedly. "I shall try my best to defeat him at his fullest potential

The Young Man jumped off the balcony and unshackled the scorching orbs under his feet when he was about to fall. Afterward, Gilbron kicked the air on the back and jounced to landing on the cloudy gun in a steady standing position, disseminating the orbs into a speck of dust when his feet made contact with the ground.

Although The Young Man opened his endearing jaw to the arena, Don Golzulin was fueled by skepticism as he brimmed more energies on his eyes. He panted frantically when his telepathic power only filled the empty void hiding inside Gilbron's thought, stepping further from his foe.

'Reading his mind is a literal nothingness,' Don Golzulin thought, scowling. 'Unlike The Magenta Armored Man who had a strong mental block.'

'Certainly, he is not a human,' The Shadowy Figther assumed, embarking on the gust of the aggressive glare nearby.

Gilbron hummed and uttered, "You seem so strong and cautious warrior too, Don Golzulin or The Nightmare of Anthonian."

"I like that kind of fighter too," The Young Man complimented his opponent, commencing the sun-like orange aura to shroud his back and stepping closer toward the anticipative Don Golzulin.

Don Golzulin swallowed a little gulp of his saliva and asked sternly, "So you must be, Pendoswing, Confident Young man?"

"Of course, of course, you're guess is correct," The Young man replied enthusiastically, elevating his bold fist forward.

"I see," The Shadowy Figther uttered, grunting cautiously the longer he inspected his opponent.

Suddenly, The Shadowy Figther heaved his perturbed eyebrows when he switched his attention toward Casmine. Don Golzulin even trembled his standing feet with The Young Man rolling his arm and widening his thrilled grin. It flooded his forehead with sweat, closing his lips to hold back trepidation from consuming him.

"Tell me, are you a cosmic being, young man," Don Golzulin asked worriedly, provoking The Young Man to snigger.

Gilbron pinned his fingers on the chest and confirmed. "Obviously."

"If you want to know more about the details, I'm a reincarnated cosmic being who decided to spawn on Earth," The Young Man explained eagerly, rotating his intrigued sight from left to right.

"And do you still remember your past life, Young Man?" The Shadowy Figther asked, emanating the darkened cloth on his knuckles.

Gilbron tapped his chin and hummed, "Sadly, I only remembered a little bit of my past self's memory."

"More precisely, I recollected a moment when I encountered The Legendary Blazing hero himself, Sparror," The Young Man proclaimed, resting his tapping fingers and gesturing a shrugging arm.

Don Golzulin gulped nervously after the name, "Sparror" invaded his mind, shivering the course of his veins as his entire limbs shuddered. Noticing The Shadowy Fighter slightly showed his whimpering lip, Gilbron capered on the same spot, lowering the brightness of the shrouding orange aura.

"It seems the name, Sparror, struck your nerve is it Mr. Don Gonzulin?" The Young Man guessed curiously.

Don Golzulin reluctantly rustled and bowed his head, "Apology for showing a weakness so early, Young Man."

"Hearing the name Sparror always makes me anxious," Don Golzulin clarified.

"The legend said Sparror died in a fierce battle with his greatest rival, but I do not fully believe it," The Shadowy Figther admitted, forcibly booting the ground to prevent his legs from shivering. "Cosmic beings often find a way to revive themselves such as reincarnation or pure resurrection."

"And you are one of the examples of it," Don Golzulin spoke, expanding the two pillars on his back.

"You think it's possible the same Sparror who defeated my past counterpart can revive himself?" Gilbron argued.

The Young Man hummed, "I thought his existence had perished and possibly the entity already found the new host."

The Shadowy Fighter groaned and spoke hesitantly, "There is a high possibility he find a way to revive himself, Young Man."

"Alright speaking about Sparror is interesting, but I prefer we pause that conversation," Gilbron countered

"Then, let's start our fight, Nightmare of Anthonian," The Young Man provoked, drawing his provoking hand.

"I'm curious to see whether my basic power alone can bring fear to you like Sparror or you capable enough to match against it," Gilbron speculated, rotating his gaze toward The Ace Duelist.

"Mighty Viscable, please activate the special arena for my exciting duel with The Nightmare of Anthonian!" Gilbron requested, sharpening his avid stare at The Ace Duelist, who remained on the balcony.

The Ace Duelist groaned and crossed his arms, "Fine I shall comply with your request, annoying cosmic being."

Viscable snapped his fingers, evoking a hundred swarm of particles to surface from every side of the arena. As the swarm particles mounted most of the areas, Lorina planted an astonished gaze at the glamorous view of the arena, while Casmine snickered in ridicule demeanor toward her twin.

All the swarming particles simultaneously detonated into several blinding flashes that shone through Don Golzulin and Gilbron's eyes. Both combatants were forced to block their sight by raising their arms especially when they cringed, feeling trapped in a room full of flashbangs.

Eventually, the flashes dwindled faster than the blink of an eye, encouraging Don Golzulin to rest his blocking arm. A dumbfounded pant was exhaled from the top of his lungs due to The Shadowy Figther's sight capturing the fresh changes coming into the arena, alerting him to press his knee.

His observative sight cleanly captured the sighting of the gigantic projection of a grey statue standing in the center of the arena. Specifically, Don Golzulin and Pendoswing darted their sights toward the statues of a bulky suited man and the armored man with a void face upholding the globes.

A mixture of forest green and fiery orange walls strictly barricaded the access of the arena in a circle. Two sides of the wall even separately shimmered the radiated gleams on every gaping line, adding more luminosity to the arena. Thousand of diverse colored particles fled from the above area of the wall, generating the polychromatic giant orb that pushed suspicion furrow on Don Golzulin eyebrows.

Even the ground was morphed into a hardened metal surface with a legion of radiating orange and green spots planted on every side. The Young Man chortled and drove his arms closer to his ribs, raising his thrill of battle as he stretched his right foot forward and raised the flares on his back like a campfire in the night.

The distinguishable changes of the arena were indeed spotted by spectators on the balcony such as Casmine. She centered the delightful beam on her lip toward The Ace Duelist who stared back at her. Lorina also sheepishly cackled after she examined all the changes in the arena.

"Well, well, well, the theme of this arena is remembering the most impactful person in the past," Lorina commented, uncontrollably giggling "What a bizarre idea coming from Gilbron."

"But I should have thanked The Mighty Viscable for willingly delivering Gilbron's request. Great job" Lorina praised, lifting her thumb.

The Ace Duelist puffed, "As long as he could show me his true power, I can almost grant his request, Glutton Girl."

"Will you stop calling me that?" Lorina scoffed.

"I can call you or even everyone any names I wanted," Viscable countered, setting his sight at the below view showing The Young man taking one step closer and Don Golzulin heaving his shadowy-folded knuckle beside his left cheek, readying themselves to commence their incoming battle phase.

"Rather than settling petty things, how about we watch the potential one-sided match first?" The Ace Duelist insisted.

"Fine, fine, you asshole," Lorina reluctantly replied, luring her twin sister to smirk joyfully at her. "I swear there will be a day when Gilbron crushing your precious pride and I cannot wait to see it happen."

The Ace Duelist smiled proudly and whispered, "In your wildest dream, Glutton Girl."
