I sacrificed my sight to save Adam. He solemnly swore to always be my eyes and never leave me.
I conscientiously follow the doctor's advice. On the day my vision recovered, I couldn't wait to rush home to share this news.
What greeted me was the scene of Adam and his female assistant entangled on my bed. The woman was panting softly, and Adam was mesmerized as he gasped for breath and called out the woman's name:
"Adam, why don't you leave that blind old woman? I am the one who is truly suitable for you."
"I know, baby. Don't worry, I'm going to dump her sooner or later."
That night, it snowed heavily.
I was wearing a thin piece of clothing and booked a plane ticket.
The destination of the plane ticket is a place that Adam will never be able to find.

Blind Betrayal

Adam gazed at me with concern. "Did I cause you pain when I embraced you? I apologize, Helena. I'll be more mindful in the future."


"Adam, this isn't necessary. We've been together for years. Please focus on your own well-being and refrain from embracing others," I responded casually.


Adam became agitated. He stood once more and protested, "No, I can't do that. I'm unable to forget you. You may end my life, but don't push me away."


He embraced me again and kissed me. I couldn't endure it any longer and struck him.


Irritated, I said, "I have a fear of germs. I can't accept a man who was unfaithful and impregnated another woman. You're too unclean for me."


Adam crumpled to the ground, yelling and shaking his head violently.


"I've instructed Kelly to terminate the pregnancy and end her life. I won't repeat this error. Can you give me another opportunity? Allow me to make amends."
