1 WEEK LATER
Tsunade walked through the halls of The Order of The Watcher's main building in Wave, next to her, Jiraya followed along silently, not making any trouble for once.
They were escorted by a pair of ANBU, they had insisted on coming along for her protection, despite how pointless they would be if an attack happened.
Still, she had already visited the hospital, run by a man named Kazuo, he was a skilled doctor, almost certainly equal to the level of Konoha's Jonin medics, and the hospital itself was also very impressive, rivaling Konoha's own hospitals.
He showed her over 80 people that suffered from varying levels of experimentation, both her and Jiraya got to work, seals being responsible was not uncommon since Orochimaru loved his seal experiments.
They healed them to the best of their ability, which sadly wasn't enough for most of them, many would never fully recover.
But it was the best they could do, and now they were going to the main event, a personal meeting with the Head Priestess of The Order.
They reached the door to her office and their escorts stopped, Tsunade turned towards them.
"We'll be fine."
The ANBU didn't look happy but relented, stepping aside and letting Tsunade and Jiraya into the office.
Inside sat Haruka, who rose to meet them.
"Welcome, Hokage-sama and Jiraya-sama." She greeted with a small bow. "It's good to finally meet you in person."
"Likewise." Tsunade replied, the two of them sat down in front of Haruka.
"I would like to thank you for your help in healing the poor souls that we rescued from Orochimaru's clutches." Haruka started with. "Our own doctors are skilled but sometimes they just weren't enough."
Tsunade waved her off.
"It was no problem, Konoha is technically being paid for this, so consider it as an exchange of services, no need to thank us." She dismissed politely, she wanted to get to the part that was making her curious. "But why exactly did you want me to come here? I doubt you did it just for the healing."
Haruka chuckled.
"As sharp as expected," She agreed. "Yes, that was not the only reason I wanted you here, there were... discoveries made by our people that require your attention."
Her smile faded away, and her expression turned serious.
"What do you know about Root, and its leader, Danzo Shimura?"
Tsunade got a bad feeling in her bones, she knew of Danzo, her Sensei's rival and former teammate, he had mostly disappeared since his organization had been disbanded for reasons she did not know.
"What about him?" She asked cautiously.
"Well..." Haruka reached into her desk and pulled out a folder. "We managed to recover quite a few interesting things from Otogakure, among them was this, it seems Orochimaru had dealings with Danzo, quite a few of them."
Tsunade grabbed the folder, Jiraya reading over her shoulder, both of their expressions turned serious.
Seems like Konoha had a traitor, and he needed to be dealt with.

Suigetsu was bored, he didn't really have much to do, besides sitting in his cell, reading one of the many books that the Order provided him with.
They weren't exactly entertaining to him, but they passed the time.
He had to give it to the people here, they were surprisingly nice considering he attacked them and was going to kill them, it took days for him to heal fully from being electrocuted, and burned, and crushed.
He had woken up in this cell, a few times per day some guards came in to check up on him, make sure he ate, drank, stuff like that.
It was honestly kind of surreal compared to his previous captivity, but he wasn't going to complain.
Although no matter how nice the accommodations were, he was getting tired of just sitting in his cell, he had restrained himself as thanks to these masked fuckers healing him up, but now he wanted out.
He didn't really know how to start though, he would bet that the guards were not pushovers, and if they had a single person as strong as the cloaked fucker then his escape would be a bust.
His thought process was interrupted by someone approaching his cell, and for once, without a tray of food.
He stood up from his cot, curious as to what was happening.
The figure opened the door and stepped inside.
"Hello." She greeted politely. "My name is Hikari, you are Suigetsu Hōzuki, correct?"
"Yea." He answered bluntly, examining her closely, his instincts warned him that this person was dangerous, but at the same time, she felt weak? Like barely better than a civilian.
"Great!" She smiled at him and approached even closer. "Sorry for just leaving you here, but the other prisoners took priority for processing."
Suigetsu frowned, that was a bit insulting, was he really so low on the list of priorities?
"You are being held for the interference in our operations, you also attempted to kill two members of The Order, although they have both opted to dismiss charges." She explained.
The midget and the 8-armed fucker? Suigetsu thought with slight irritation, he didn't want to owe anything to them.
But, well, beggars can't be choosers.
"What does that mean?" He asked suspiciously. "Am I getting let out?"
Hikari hummed as she considered.
"One Year of Community Service."
Suigetsu blinked.
"What?"
"You will work for the Order, under supervision, for a year, completing whatever jobs are given to you, and after that year has passed you are free to go." Hikari clarified. "There is still the matter of you interfering with our operation, which normally would result in at least a couple of years of imprisonment."
He was tempted to just break out of this cell, a year of doing... chores? Sounded fucking awful.
He glanced at the door.
"I wouldn't recommend it." Hikari advised him casually, Suigetsu's hand jerked upwards, outside his control, he quickly tried to force it down but it wouldn't budge.
He tried to speak, but he found that he couldn't open his mouth.
He tried using his Hydrification Jutsu, but his Chakra wouldn't obey.
His fingers slowly dug into his eye socket, not deep enough for it to actually feel pain, just discomfort, but he knew that if they went further it would really start to hurt.
"I advocated for a much harsher sentence, but luckily for you, others changed my mind, but do not mistake their mercy as your shield, if you become a threat, you will die." Her voice was cold. Suigetsu couldn't help but shiver slightly.
"Now, I have, very generously, taken time out of my day to help process all the prisoners, are you going to accept my very kind offer?"
Suigetsu collapsed into his cot, his body was finally back under his control, he shakily sat up and stared at Hikari, she was smiling at him calmly.
"Y-yeah."
Her smile widened.
"Perfect!"
She got up, and cheerfully walked away, only stopping to give him one last piece of information.
"You will be escorted tomorrow, we have some new clothes prepared for you, welcome to the Order of The Watcher, Suigetsu-san."
