038 THE ALLEGATION OF RAPE

"What kind of sick father watches his son commit such a perverse sin?"

"This is so disgraceful to the family!"

"I never thought the old Lieutenant General had such twisted hobby. The rumors is true then!"

"Actually, there were rumors this father and son engages in orgies together."

"I like that last comment. Totally agree", Leo agreed.

Lillwo's face turned purple with fury. "I didn't watch my son do anything! She's lying!" he shouted, but the murmurs of the crowd grew louder.

"Speak girl," Lillann commanded.

"The old master left us in the room," Lillreen said, her voice trembling. "And after he left, young master Lillrune tried to force himself on me."

"My son didn't touch you after I left!" Lillwo yelled, desperate to defend his son.

"I don't understand," Lillann interjected, confused. "What happened after?"

"The guards heard my screams and saved me before he could… before he could rape me," Lillreen explained tearfully.

A guard stepped forward to confirm her story. "It's true. We heard her cry and found a hidden door. When we opened it, we saw young master Lillrune attempting to assault the maid."

Lillwo's anger flared.

"So, what if he tried to fuck a stupid maid? We all do that. But what happened to my son after that? Who beat him like this?"

Lilleo laughed before adding, "Oh, fucking a maid is no big deal, really. Even if he touched my maid, I'd forgive him. But Lillrune that retard? He's so stupid, he decided to atone for his sins by beating himself crazy. I tried to stop him, I really did. But, I have to admit, watching him beat himself gave me the thrill."

Then he laughed again.

The family gasped in disbelief.

"Is it true? Did Lillrune really beat himself?"

"The accusation about the maid might not stand. There's no law against mistreatment of slaves, no consequences except maybe in contract."

"But watching him beat himself... that's twisted."

"Who believes that? Lilleo obviously did this to him!"

"You!" Lillwo screamed at Lilleo, his voice cracking with fury. "You and your guards beat my son! That's a crime against the family!"

"Ask the guards yourself," Lilleo said coolly.

The soldiers stepped forward. "We didn't touch young master Lillrune," they confirmed.

Lillwo's face twisted in frustration. "These are your men! They'll say whatever you want them to."

"Exactly," Lilleo said, with a chilling grin. "But if you don't fucking believe me, feel free to ask Lillrune himself," he added, pointing to his cousin's unconscious form lying on the floor.

Silence….

"Punish this bastard!" Lillwo demanded, turning to Lillann. "You must punish him!"

Lillann hesitated, his face pale with indecision. "This is... difficult."

"Exactly," Lilleo interjected. "Lillrune's silence is an admission of guilt. Case closed."

The hall erupted into whispers once more.

"This monster is silencing his victims."

"Who will dare oppose him in the future?"

"Will he be the one to ruin the family?"

The family was growing uneasy.

Lilleo's brutality and arrogance were too much. Though the family had always dealt with intrigue and manipulation, none had ever done so as openly and ruthlessly as Lilleo. He wasn't a ruler.

He was a tyrant.

"I can't punish the heir without solid evidence against him," Lillann finally said, his voice unsteady, hoping to defuse the tension.

"This isn't over! It can't end like this!" Lillwo shouted, his fury unchecked.

Lilleo sneered. "Oh? And what do you want? A duel?" he taunted, his voice rising to challenge Lillwo, stunning the family into silence.

"Is he insane? The heir's a beginner mage, and Lillwo is a peak mage at Cakra Mula!"

"We thought it was madness for him to challenge Lillrune, but to go against Lillwo? He must be suicidal."

"Then again... we thought the same about Lillrune. Look what happened to him."

Lilleo's voice rang out, cutting through the whispers.

"Blah, blah, blah! Let me tell you all suckers something. From now on, in this family, I speak, and you listen. Whoever disobeys me is welcome to beat themselves up like the retard Lillrune. Now, old cock—come fight me!" he roared, locking eyes with Lillwo, his challenge echoing through the hall.

The hall fell into silence.

----

Lillwo's rage boiled over as he charged at Leo, screaming, "I will kill you!" He didn't wait for the formal duel to begin—this wasn't about rules or honor.

It was vengeance.

Lillwo sought to destroy the man who had reduced him to this desperate state. On the other side, Leo had his own reasons for revenge—Lillwo had plotted to kill him first.

"Are you going to stop them?" Kassim asked Lillann.

"What could I possibly do? It's a family duel," he replied, though he struggled to conceal a faint, satisfied grin.

No matter the outcome of this fight—whether one of them fell, or both did—Lillann saw a win for himself. Fewer family members would mean fewer competitors in the power struggle of the family.

While he rarely plotted against his kin, Lillann had no qualms about profiting from their misfortunes.

The family stood back, knowing this fight had long surpassed their realm of control. This wasn't a matter of family anymore. It was a deadly battle between two men, like lions vying for dominance over their territory.

No one else should interfere in this matter between the two.

"Twang!"

Lillwo's advance was suddenly halted by an unseen force. Leo's totem statue summoned a magical barrier, blocking the attack.

"This magic won't stop me!" Lillwo roared, casting his own spell. A massive, spectral fist materialized from his energy, shattering the invisible barrier in an instant.

Leo's totem, a gift from the Medicine Man, was meant to protect him from local threats—bandits, wolves, maybe even small-time mages. But it wasn't nearly enough to stop a battle-hardened, high-tier mage like Lillwo.

It broke after a single use.

"Damn it, you broke my favorite statue," Leo complained.

"I'll kill you!" Lillwo shouted, lunging forward again. This time, however, there was no magical shield protecting Leo.

But to his shock, Lillwo's strike missed by a hair's breadth. Leo dodged effortlessly, sidestepping to the edge of the arena.

"How is it possible that a beginner Cakra Mula could evade an attack from a peak-tier Mula?" murmured someone in the crowd.

"Even with enchanted boots, he couldn't be that fast."

"He must be a demon," another voice speculated.
