037 THE REVENGE BY CASTRATION
[Back to the Gullee Family duel between Lilleo and Lillrune]
"What did you do to my son?" Lillwo roared, rushing forward.
Before he could intervene, Lilleo ripped the remaining bandages from Lillrune's body, revealing his naked form.
The crowd gasped in unison as Lillrune was dragged into the hall, his mangled body a grotesque spectacle. His limbs were twisted at unnatural angles, his joints shattered beyond repair. If he lived, he would never walk or lift his arms again.
"Who could have done this to Lillrune?" someone whispered in horror.
"Our family's genius… reduced to this? A broken husk?" another murmured, disbelief mingling with disgust.
Leo stepped forward, his cold, calculating gaze fixed on Lillrune. "See, Lillrune," he began, his voice calm but cutting. "No one here cares about you. Not your suffering, not your pain. All they care about is your usefulness. And now? You're useless to them—a pitiful, discarded tool."
Lillrune groaned, his voice a garbled mess. His swollen face made forming words impossible, but the hatred in his eyes was unmistakable.
"What did you do to my son?" Lillwo roared, his fury reverberating through the hall as he stepped forward, trembling with rage.
But before Lillwo or anyone else could act, Leo moved with deadly precision. A curved blade gleamed in his hand, slicing through the air in one fluid motion. Gasps erupted as the sharp edge met flesh, and Lillrune's mutilated lower torso collapsed to the floor in a pool of blood.
"This," Leo said, his voice cold and unyielding, "is for the fertility poison."
The room was silent except for Lillrune's blood-curdling scream, a haunting, inhuman wail that echoed through the hall. Blood spilled in torrents as his family stood frozen in shock, unable to comprehend what they had just witnessed.
Kasshyek and the soldiers stood by, their expressions devoid of shock or horror. They had known this moment was inevitable. This was not the act of a madman but the final act of vengeance, years in the making.
"Is this really happening?" one family member whispered, their voice trembling. "He just... he just castrated Lillrune in front of us."
"What have you done?" Lillwo screamed, his voice a mixture of rage, fear, and disbelief. "He's your cousin! Have you lost your mind?"
Leo turned to him, his blade still dripping with blood. His expression was calm, almost serene, but his words were razor-sharp. "An Eye for an Eye."
Lillwo's fists clenched, his face pale. "This... this is treason! You will pay for this with your life!"
The room remained silent as Leo stepped back, blood staining the floor beneath him. The family's genius was no more, and the heir they had dismissed as weak now stood as a monster forged by cruelty.
Lilleo turned to the judge, his expression almost casual. "Erm, is it against the rules to use a weapon during a family duel, Lieutenant General Lillann?" he asked, mocking.
Lillann hesitated. "Using weapons is allowed... but he's already in that condition—"
"I'll kill you!" Lillwo shrieked, but Lilleo ignored him, turning back to the crowd.
"Wait—spells are allowed too, right?" Lilleo continued.
"Yes," Lillann confirmed, still unsure of where this was going.
"Good. I recently learned a spell from that nagging Kassim. I know many of you are familiar with it already, but forgive me, I'm a slow learner. I only mastered it recently."
"What spell is he talking about?" the crowd whispered their eyes on Kassim.
Before anyone could move, Lilleo tossed Lillrune's severed body part into the air. With a snap of his fingers, he conjured a blazing fire, igniting the flesh mid-flight and reducing it to ash.
An Eye for an Eye.
"That's the Spark of flame!" Kassim gasped in surprise. "I taught him that spell myself. No wonder he didn't return for more lessons—he didn't need them. That spell is all it takes to win this duel."
The crowd buzzed with growing unease.
"The heir never planned to fight fair."
"No wonder he was so smug before the duel."
"How could Lilleo's father allow this?"
"He's not here. He left on the expedition."
"It looks like the General wasn't needed to protect Lilleo—but to save Lillrune from this nightmare."
Lillwo suddenly collapsed to the ground, overcome by shock and grief. "What have you done to my son?"
Lillann, eager to end the ordeal, stepped forward. "I pronounce Lilleo the winner of this family duel. Does anyone object?" His voice was unsteady, desperate to avoid further violence.
"Not so fast," Lillwo snarled, his voice dripping with venom. "This bastard beat my son to this condition before the duel even began. You will not escape the family's justice, Lilleo."
The crowd murmured again.
"He's right. You can't beat your opponent senseless before a duel."
"If everyone did that, what's the point of a duel?"
"The strong and powerful will always win. There's no fairness in that!"
"You're mistaken!" Lilleo roared, silencing the hall. "Strength is the only victory that matters!" His voice rang out with mad conviction, sending a chill through the crowd.
"Fairness means nothing in the presence of Might."
Once disregarded and overlooked, today Lilleo Gullee was feared. He demanded submission, and the family began to cower. In fear.
"But there is a reason Lillrune is in this state," Lilleo added, a twisted smile playing on his lips. "Bring in the witness."
The doors opened again, and a maid was escorted into the hall—Lillreen.
----
"Why bring in the maid? What does she have to say?" Lillann asked, his voice tight with tension.
"Let her speak for herself," Lilleo replied casually.
The hall fell silent as the maid, Lillreen, stepped forward, trembling. "Young master Lillrune tried to rape me," she cried out, her voice shaking, shocking the entire family.
"That's outrageous!" Lillwo roared, his face contorted with rage. "Why would my son want to fuck a filthy maid like you, bitch?"
"Reasons?" Lilleo laughed.
"Who needs a reason to fuck someone?" Leo's mocking laughter filled the hall, and to the family's horror, some of the crowd laughed along with him.
Lillwo glared at the maid. "You were with me in the secret room yesterday! My son didn't touch you."
Lilleo's grin widened. "Ah, the son rapes while the perverted father watches. So kinky!" His words caused an uproar in the hall.
