I didn’t ask to be a vampire.
I didn’t ask to be the “heir” to a monster.
But here I am, stuck in the middle of both.
When confronted by a noble vampire—Count Valerius—and given the chance to attend a prestigious school called Umbra Academy, Jacob Lavua thought it would be the start of something normal...or at least something less painful than the rest of his life.
Instead, it’s a place where monsters study myths, and bloodlines carry more weight than power itself.
After a violent run-in with a dangerous cult known as the Apostles of Wrath, Jacob uncovers a truth that shatters the world he thought he knew:
He might be the heir to their revered god—Aeshma, the King of Wrath.
Now Jacob must navigate an academy full of secrets, survive the deadly politics of vampire nobility, and protect a young noble girl with far more influence than she lets on.
But as blood spills and an ancient prophecy stirs, the world begins to tremble.
And it all starts with Caldrith.
Absolutely can’t wait for the first chapter; it already looks looks a great read can’t wait![img=update]
Not to toot my own horn, but I genuinely enjoy writing this series—even if it takes a few days (or weeks) between updates. That said, once the story picks up, I truly believe it’ll be worth the ride for anyone who sticks with it.
